I have been going here for years for the great service and I live 40 mins away! Marc has always had the best advice, customer service and is so personable! Hes like the dad I can go to with my car problems lol! Initially he helped me when my car broke down and other service companies couldnt figure out what was wrong! He went out of his way to fit me in and got me a rental while they fixed me car. I was a brand new client calling at closing time! When my car was too old to keep doing repairs on, I decided to purchase a vehicle here too. Initially Gary helped me look at some cars and was great and then a few weeks later when I was really ready to buy a vehicle, I met with Al and he was really great too! We looked at what I liked and then talked about what I could afford. I asked him to call me if they got in anything new that was what I was looking for and a few days later they got the right car for me! It was in my price range, and all the options I liked! I really appreciated how much he listened to me and didnt try to sell me something I didnt like, he also didnt call or bother me with anything but what I asked him to! Kelly also was wonderful, I enjoyed talking to her, she gave good advise and was really helpful! The whole car buying experience was fast and amazing! I highly recommend this business and their service!!

Mr. Joel Forsyth - Body Shop Manager looked at fender damage to my 2003 Subaru Outback and, without putting pencil to paper or clicking computer keys, stated the damage would be about $1,000 to repair. He did not understand my big smile until I showed him a $948 written estimate from a Healdsburg competitor who took about fifteen minutes to come up with that figure. Mr. Forsyths above average auto body damage experience immediately shone through. To my pleasant surprise, he then offered an alternative solution through a Silveria sub-contractor who repaired the dent at my home for $200. Thank you Mr. Forsyth and congratulations to Silveria Buick GMC for having such an outstanding employee!! I remain a super satisfied customer of Silveria Buick GMC!!! Pete Peterson

The quotes on both trades (while on the low side of KBB), very fair and he was willing to work with us on the final price + extended warranty. There was NO pressure, and both my wife and I felt very comfortable in the entire transaction, from first road test, to the negotiation, to signing the of the papers, to getting a few accessories added before finally driving away with a great Acadia. I have purchased many new cars/trucks over the years, and by far this was the most relaxed, enjoyable purchase. And the Acadia is a dream to drive!

Very easy to book appointments on the website. Paperwork was ready to go when we arrived. The car was ready ahead of the promised delivery time. Very comprehensive inspection report provides useful guidance for planning next round of tires, brakes, etc. This car is our fourth purchase from Silviera. Cant imagine going anywhere else for a new or used car or efficient, expert service.

As always the service staff is very professional and really tries to fix the problems. I appreciated the fact that even though the main problem couldnt be resolved (the car wouldnt make the noise) Keith went out of his way to say bring it back if it makes it at all and he would see what he could do. Dont trust these guys. I drove up there from Santa Rosa with my wife. Al Siebold (salesman) said he had 8 GMC Canyons on his lot and hed have one ready for us when we got there. He strolled clueless across two lots only to "find" that "they" had taken them away. Two hours out of a Saturday so these clowns could make a cheap customer contact....this borders on fraud.
