Good Sales but incompetent back office Pros: • Good sales man. Knowledgeable about the car and provided a non-pressure test drive. • Willing to accept best web price if documented. Cons: • Unnecessarily rude sales manager continually trying to get me to accept color I didn’t want. • Small inventory of Mazda 6 vehicles • Incompetent back office. o Despite an appointment to pick-up the car, the paperwork was not ready. It took 2 hours to complete the paperwork due to multiple errors including incorrect price, incorrect deposit amount, misspelling of last name, and incorrect year of car (entered as 2002 not 2017) as well as a broken printer (printer required to print the corrected forms). o After paperwork was completed, I still had to come back to dealership twice to complete the sale. o DMV paperwork was incorrectly submitted. It took 3 months, multiple calls, and a visit to get correct registration and title. Suggest taking a test drive at Hansel Mazda, but buying online from a dealership that will deliver the car to you at home.

The worst customer service weve EVER experienced from a car salesperson (Steve Lopez) who would rather get hostile/bratty and whine about his commission than discuss the deal. Since when do salesman complain about their commission and the poor dealerships profits (when hes only offering $595 off the car and trying to charge us $200 for a coworker to get the car, so its an earth shattering deal of $395 off the sticker...) instead of professionally negotiating a deal with the customer? We knew quickly we werent purchasing a car there, so we played nice and dropped the card off in the trash on the way out.

Steve Lopez is bringing this place down with his horrible "sales" tactics. Complaining about how little commission he is going to get because we didnt think $596 was enough off the sticker price. We also didnt like the fact they were going to charge us $200 to get the car we wanted to the dealership from the bay area. Well just drive the 60 miles to the bay area and get it ourselves. Thanks Steve!

Friendly staff, but high prices which is to be expected with a dealership, in my opinion. The service professional who has helped me the two times Ive been here is Kyle and he is great. He happily answers any questions and I really feel like hes not just trying to sell me extra services. Ill be back. They have plenty of coupons online which help with the pricing.
