Shop offered to procure custom shoes for me. Shop quoted me $150 for the necessary molding. The gentleman who came in to do the molding charged me $250. It was on March 23, 2015. I have not heard from the owners since. They do not respond to my e-mails and when I call they are either in meeting, or with a customer. I do not want custom shoes because I think that I am special. My left foot slightly deformed with age. This is a very bad business model. I am extremely disappointed.

An absolutely outstanding experience. I was in town for a day and wanted to 1) rent a high end road bike 2) have a guide take me on an epic ride. Allison and James went above and beyond to prepare the bike for my arrival and then lead me on a 100 mile ride of glory. They were helpful, responsive and went out of their way to ensure I had fun. Highly recommend them!

Probably my favorite bike shop. The people are friendly and not pretentious. Solid advice on merchandise and of course they have a well curated selection of brands. The service department got me back up and running fast. Thanks recommending the Lake shoes, most comfortable shoes ever!

Really great service here. I had a snapped shifter cable while traveling with my bike. Despite a huge backlog in their shop, they were very understanding, worked me in over lunch, and got me back up and riding for the rest of my trip.
