My bike chain and several other parts became extremely rusted from leaving it out after I deformed my wheel from mountain trail. So I finally decided to put into a shop and took it to Sprocket. The service was amazing. The staffs were very knowledgeable and they inspected my bike thoroughly. They explained to me what the problems were and what needed to be done. They never tried to push me with the unnecessary expensive products, instead, if there is, they tried to look for a cheaper alternative that works with my budget. When I got my bike back it looked and worked like a brand new bike! I would definitely bring back my bike for service here in the future! However, if youre just shopping for some bike parts I wouldnt look for it here. In my opinion there wasnt that many selection, but if youre looking for some bikes they have some good choices here

Paul is the so nice, always friendly and willing to help with out charging an arm and a leg for his services. I recently had my bike overhauled, they did an awesome job, and completed the job on time. When he realized I would have to take off the front wheel to put it in my car, he offered to drop it off at my apartment for me!! Such a great shop.

I recently had a bike fit completed at Sprockets with Paul. A great experience, Paul is very experienced drawing on his years as a pro. I had saddle, cleats and bars / stem adjusted to help with a better ride position. It certainly made a difference with a better pedal stroke and no neck ache! Give it a go you wont be disappointed. Great shop.
