I went to The Bike Palace in the first place for a professional bike fitting from Tony - I ended up buying a new bike instead. Im aging (yeah, arent we all?) and starting to sustain some wear from daily fitness bicycling (knee issues, hip issues, unhappy hamstrings..) and was hoping that a professional fitting would help me with the right biomechanics to slow down the wear and tear. As it turned out, the frame size on my bike was too small and it wasnt possible to move the seat back enough so that my knees were correctly over the pedals where they should be. Tony spent a lot of time fitting me onto various bikes to find the one that fit my body best and was in the right price range for my budget. Of the 3 bicycle stores that Ive been to, I havent ever received that level of detail and consideration to make sure I had the right bike for my activity level, properly sized and fitted for my knee/hip range of motion. The difference between my old bike with a frame too small and a properly sized bike is so enormous I really cant say enough how happy I am that I went to Tony for a bike fitting. Ill be seeing you all on the road, without knee and hip pain!

Tony the owner has an awesome crew and they give awesome service! My brother in law and several of his racing team and sister use him and all are happy and recommend his shop. I had a bike stolen on my way to visit from AZ, and Tony and staff hooked me up with a Specialized that had all the same equipment for a reasonable price! Tony also did an extensive fitting for my wife and I. I also bought her a bike and he gave me a smokin deal on it as well! I also joined the bike club and got a great deal on Carbon Rims! Tony is a "Mad Scientist Fitter " and a solid human being! Good selection of quality bikes and accessories coupled with excellent service must be why he has been around for all these years! Thank You Bike Palace!

I took my bike in because I had just reassembled it myself and was a little apprehensive about making sure it was ready for a ride. TJ helped me make sure that everything was in place and demonstrated how I could adjust some things and fix a flat tire. He spent about 45 minutes helping me with this. Additionally, Tony was able to explain a route I had never ridden before with a lot of detail. I really appreciate that these guys went the extra mile to help me out. They also added on a discount for me which I really appreciated.

Great service at a great price. These guys know their stuff. If you need a new bike or want to repair one then go see these guys. The owner took time out of his day to battle a big company to replace a part for me at minimal cost. Nick and Fransisco made quick work of the replacement and repairs to get me back in the dirt asap. Highly recommend The Bike Palace in San Pedro.

Service was mediocre may be because I didnt by my bike their but I had more problems with it since, and to wait & hour to fix a flat is ridiculous its never busy so why the wait, the workers are not attentive every time ive been, I stand around for minutes before anybody speaks, customer service 0.Be respectful to everyone who walks in your doors.

They offer excellent service and an amazing selection of high quality racing to leisure bikes. I also found an extensive selection of youth bikes, which is hard to find. The staff definitely takes pride in their work. I highly recommend the Bike Palace for the casual biker or enthusiast.

Stopped in to learn about the Palos Verdes loop since we were from out of town. Everyone in the shop was really helpful and went out of their way to assist us even supplying a free map for us to use. They were just as friendly when we returned to repair a flat tire!
