This shop is awesome...Jim was very patient while I rode bikes for hours trying to find the perfect one for me ...I had a budget...I got a bike, rack, basket, lights and he threw in a kickstand all for 260.00...Hes very patient and made sure I got exactly what I wanted... Even switched out seats for me for a more comfortable ride...Gwedo even put padding in my basket for me and a water bottle holder & kickstand for no additional charge so Im extremely happy...I rode the rest of the day through Venice and Santa Monica on my new wheels...I initally went to the Bike Whisperer...wayyyyyyy more expensive and not willing to work a deal with me at all!!!!...This place has the best prices all around especially for those on a budget...They truly work with you...Thanks Jim & Gwedo you made my experience truly enjoyable...I love my new bike...❤...

Yes the customer service is not the best - but the bike service is very good. Tubes, tires and even rentals are very well priced here compared to the major cycle shops in the 10 mile vicinity. Be patient and take the Recycle Shop for what it is - repair, maintenance and good prices.

I got my bike here recently and got a great deal for it. They switched the seat for me free of charge to a more comfortable saddle they had amongst their used equipment. I recommend coming here for a used bike. Helpful staff, and a small/medium sized but well-rotated collection.

My experience here was great. I just needed some help attaching a rear rack to my bike that I wasnt able to do myself. They were quick and did an great job even taking the time to show me how to correctly adjust the height of my seat post. Great job!

This shop is open. I went in after browsing their available bikes on craigslist. They were happy to do adjustments and let me test ride the bikes around the block. You should go in knowing what kind of bike you want.

Came in looking for a used bike, and found two we wanted for the family at really good prices. Seems like theres a lot of rotating inventory, so check back from time to time if you dont find anything the first time.
