Been in here twice. the first time was for a complete drivetrain replacement (chain/cluster/etc.) and they did everything ontime and kicked in a reasonable discount on the hardware. About 1 year later i thought i had chain stretch and was expecting to pay $s for a new chain or to have some links taken out... instead they lubed the chain and said i didnt need anything done... no charge! Whats nice is that they are smaller and not as busy as Helens/Performance so they can actually time a few minutes to talk to you when you come in (the other places they ignore you unless youre a chick!).

Bought two bikes one mountain bike awesome love my Giant and then got a Defy for the street. The dudes helping me were the very best one was kevin a quient but smart bike helper guy. He hooked me up with some shoes, cleats and a lock just to make it all happen. The only bike shop in town without attitude. OH yeah they are on Lincoln blvd across from Jersey mIkes Get some lunch and buy a bike.

I showed up at 6pm on Friday to ask for ball bearings. I was told they do not sell ball bearings by the guys in the back shop. They said they only carried sealed bearing bikes. I guess they dont work on bikes with freewheel rims. How can I ask them to work on my bike if they dont carry ball bearings? Maybe I will drive the extra miles to Cynergy Cycles. They sell ball bearings.

I adore these guys! Loved my Giant and enjoyed them taking care of it until it got stolen... I returned to them for a tuneup after my cousin gave me her old bikes... Not only did they remember me(2 years later), they greeted me with huge smiles and fast and easy and affordable service!!! MDR Bike Rocks!!!

Do not go!!! Rip off!!! They did repairs and tune up including inner tubes. Few months later, many problems, and they gave me all sorts of bs. Refused to stand behind work. DO NOT GO!!!

Its a great shop .gets the in bike in excellent shape. Put it this way if it was a restaurant for bikes your bike will be fat and on full.
