Ive been going to several different bike shops here in the Valley, and i must say, from all the shops Ive gone to, this one, is by far, the best Ive done business with. From the moment you walk in, regardless of other customers theyre dealing with, they let you know that youre business is valuable. Its the outstanding customer service they offer. Not only are they informative about ones inquiries, but their price range in parts and service is extremely friendly to the pockets. Ive been here many times, and every time I step out their shop, I step out satisfied. I only come to this shop whenever i have "bike" needs. (unless its Monday...theyre closed on Mondays) ^_^

just dropped off my bikes for some repairs. The guy in there was nice, polite and knowledgeable. He didnt try to push me to buy a bunch of new stuff when he said it wouldnt be needed. This is gonna be my go-to place for my bike needs and Im telling my buddies too. WOW! as I was writing this review, Jim from the shop called and said the bikes were ready and I didnt have to wait until tomorrow. Total wait time: 3 hrs. (brake job on one bike and bottom bracket work on the other) . And the back room was filled with bikes already when I dropped mine off! This place just gets better and better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!

Just bought my 2012 Specialized Hardrock Disc today at the Burbank Bike Shop. Not sure the 20-something guys name who helped me out, but he was very nice and helpful, no attitude or anything. He also didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff, which was good. I knew what I wanted and needed to get in and get out, and he hooked me up. They also give you free tune-ups when you buy a bike after 30, 60, and 90 days. Thats pretty sweet. Ill definitely be shopping for accessories for my bike here in the near future, so hopefully the rest of my experiences will be as positive as this one was.

Started a BMX team about 2 months ago with my 2 kids girl and boy 9 and 7 respectively, since then we are recruiting more kids from the neighborhood. I got a diamondback reactor jr and a GT pro series expert both for great prices! I am going back now to get more bikes because after showing their parents how cool BMX racing is, we are now expanding the team! This is a cool bike shop near my house and they have everything. We might not have the best bikes you can buy but we are already winning trophies after three official races. Thanks Burbank Bike Shop....

I was searching for some whitewall tires for my recent craigslist beach cruiser purchase. Everyone in town wanted $25 and seemed annoyed that I was asking. I called up Burbank Bike Shop after searching on Google, and they told me $15. Its was a great price, and when I went in, they were super nice. I found my new local bike shop. They had some other reasonably priced bikes in there, so if this craigslist find takes a dive, I will definitely go there to by my next one. Thanks Burbank Bike Shop!

I was looking for a saddle for my mountain bike and also a cut on my seat post, Well I called and a Jim answer all my questions sure enough I went to the store he had what I was looking for and help me put the saddle on my new cut seat post.Bike shop has everything you need and plus..They also have very reasonable prices for either a road bike or mountain. Definetly would recomend this bike shop to anyone whos is looking to purchase a bike or needs any bike repairs or accesories..

Ive come here twice and both of those times I have been treated with friendly service. I bought an S Works Turbo tire for an upcoming race, and unbeknownst to me, Specialized was having a BOGO (buy one get one free) deal. I came here wondering if they would honor it and they did! These tires are $55 but was able to get two of them for the same price. Definitely recommend to anyone that needs Specialized equipment (thats mostly what they carry, by the way.)

I love this bike shop. I recently bought a Haro LT Pro 24 from these guys and they were very knowledgable and helpful about all the bikes they showed me. They have a great selection of BMX and other types of bike...easily the best I was able to find on the Valley after a lot of checking around. Ive been back a couple times for some small purchases and still got the same level of great service. Definite a recommend from me.

We bought a bike for our 6 year old son to learn to ride a bike on without training wheels. They were great in helping us decide which bike would fit his size best. Once he learned to ride like a champ, we were so satified with our experience that we went back and bought bikes for myself and my husband so the whole family can go bike riding together. They have good accessories and are very helpful.

Just popped in to get a shifting wire replaced, very nice and prompt, fixed it in 10 minutes and I noticed the other worker walk by my bike, squeeze my tire and fill it up, which just shows good customer service. When its time to upgrade my bike, I will def be in there, and I really wish I had gone in before I just bought my last one, they had some great priced bikes.

Just bought a fixie here at a great price. Bought a few other items as well. Aside from being one of the closest shops in my area I decided to check this one out first because of the positive reviews here and Yelp. They didnt have everything I was looking for but in terms of experience (customer service), I definitely wasnt disappointed. Staff was very accommodating.

Guys are super friendly here but their equipment is definitely on the low-end in terms of price. Not much if youre looking to replace any high-end components. Came in and they helped true a wheel I just banged up on a trail...Didnt even want to charge me so I left a tip. Love this place but cant give it 5 stars because I cant get any of the basics from them.

If jim is available, hes great! Been there 3 times, first 2 times he convinced me to not buy or told me how to fix myself. Dont know about there pricing, Im not into bikes enoguh to know. Support your locals especially if theyre honest and hard working. I wont go anywhere else now because I feel they give more advice than sales.

Wow... these people are great! I blew my rear derailleur right in front of the shop and the guy opened the door and offered help right away. I had a new install in 15 minutes and was back on my way. Great work and service! ... And reasonably priced. Highly recommend for repairs.

I love this place - they have a great selection - especially for a shop with such a comfy neighborhood feel. They have special ordered items for me, tuned up cob web riddled bikes that Ive dragged in - sometimes in pieces - and given me great advice. Keep up the good work!

The owner Jim is a great knowledable guy. You ask him anything about a bike and he knows it. Me and about 5 other guys all bought bikes there last summer and anytime I have an issue or question hes there to help. Much better place than Sport chalet or Target.
