So my girlfriend and I went to the Izip Store to purchase a Zuma, however the Zuma was a bit too tall for my girlfriend. Justin the manager was very helpful and suggested the Vibe instead, but my girlfriend hates the color red. So now the only other choice was the Path. She liked the color white, and the bike could be modified a little to fit her...now the only issue was the price. The Path was a little out of our budget range, but Justin once again was able to work with us and got the pricing in our range. I highly recommend going to this store to purchase a bike. The staff are very friendly and were able to answer all our questions, and most of all they will work with you on the pricing. My girlfriend loves the bike and we both had a great ride together (me on my 2011 Zuma) the following day. This company is very customer service minded, and has been a pleasure to deal with every time I have contacted them too....buy Currie products you wont be sorry!

Had previously done business with this store all the way back to when they were first located up on Lincoln Boulevard. Always loved to visit the store and made many purchases and had many tuneups and repairs done over the years. Management was always great and Rudy Eugenio is the best e-bike mechanic in the world! However this latest manager, Justin, is without doubt, the rudest, most abrupt "gentleman" Ive EVER encountered. Has no ability to relate to the customer and has a truly cold, disinterested, and rude personality! How he got the job as manager, I cant figure (related to the owner???). I always felt this was MY bicycle store and was quite attached to the place. I dont go in there anymore and can only hope this Justin person can grow up and learn something about customer relations. I miss the Izip store.

Rented two road bikes for an afternoon and had a great experience. Pricing was better than any others in the area. Moreover, we felt like part of the team with how we were treated. Brandon was amazing. We brought our own pedals (they dont rent them) and he was quick to install and get bikes fitted. He made sure that we had everything we needed, including a place to change into our gear and knowing best spots to park our car. Ill rent here time and time again. And if youre looking to buy, Id given them a strong look based both on the quality of the bike and ride and also on the customer service we experienced. Thanks Brandon and crew!

I went to the izip store to rent an electric bike, took a quick trip over from Santa Monica I found myself in Venice Beach at the coolest bike shop! Everyone is so helpful, and if you buy one of their electric bicycles, they are the only bike shop or bike dealer I know of that offers free help- bike repair for however long I own my bike. Their product is pretty sturdy and indistructable, its me to worry about- clumsy! Thankfully I wont have any spills on the way to work since Im easily assisted up big hills. No more client meetings where I want to be green ad healthy but cant risk any sweat or wrinkles!!

Went in looking for a new road bike (stopped at a few of the bike shops on Main St.) and found the staff super helpful and knowledgeable, such a relief from the other shops on the street. Being a new rider I probably asked some odd questions but Brandon never flinched and answered all of them without any hesitation and he was super super polite.....great customer service!!!! Any ways I decided on a Raleigh Merit Sport for my new bike.....love it! YEAH!!!!!

I have not purchased anything here. But when I stopped in yesterday the guy in the shop was extremely helpful and explained everything to me including how I can add electric functions to my Dutch bike that I own. And said they could install it. Im definitely in the market for an electric bike and my guess is this will be my stop when I purchase one.

rented four electric bikes today from Justin. He has a great shop and very friendly with bikes in top shape. Super laid back and helpful. I lost 1 bike lock and he charged me his cost to replace something he had to do either. This us a first rate shop for retail or for rentals!!! thamks for everything bill
