This review is for the prepared deli sandwiches only - which happened to be really good and flavorful, but being in Santa Monica on the more expensive end. This place is worth trying if you want a really well done sandwich where you can tell the flavor of the meat comes from attention and care - it is definitely not a quickly thrown together sandwich as most of the types are pretty unique. As for the actual butchered meats, I have yet to try them but they seemed to be a variety of exotic meats and like youd be paying for quality.

Very knowledgeable butchers, needed to pick up a last minute prime rib for NYE dinner(because the local Vons and Ralphs was out) and the woman told me the difference between the dry aged and regular PR, also helped me in choosing the best part of the PR. Ill definitely be stopping by again.

So friendly. Even if I was a vegetarian I would stop in to say hi. Other butcher shops in the area dont have the customer service they do. Quality is great. Try a housemade sandwich, very good. People might think prices are high but you know you are getting better quality.

Spectacular. The best rib-eye Ive ever had, also enjoyed the Pork Leg Sandwich, pickled onions & arugula make it really rockin. Great space, great people, great bovine, swine and lamb; killer house made sausages too! Highly reco!

Great little butcher/sandwhich shop. I went and had the banh mi sandwich, and it was wonderful. They also have jidori chicken which is local chicken that is slaughtered and delivered the same day.

Amazing, friendly, generous service. Incredible, to die for meat. I highly recommend getting at least a couple slices of their prosciutto. I have never had better in my life.

The quality and selection of meat is second to none. They have a pork "porker"house that never disappoints. Grass fed and dry aged steaks are always available.
