Its damn good to have Butcher Boy back in town. This is a legit, authentic butcher shop with butchers who know their cuts, their seasonings, and their craft. Ask them how to cook the cuts and ask for suggestions.

Paid $8 A pound for "Applewood" smoked bacon. The printed on the label even says "Applewood". What they gave me was un smoked. Threw it in the pan and I could tell by the smell that it is un smoked.
