Terrible, terrible, terrible. Another example of the kind of service one gets on a regular basis in corporate chains nowadays. Went in this afternoon with my wife and the first thing we noticed was this man behind the counter leaning back against the wall as if he was on a break; only he wasnt. Very unprofessionally asked us if we needed help. We were there for a Live Scan and we might as well have spoken in Russian because he had no idea was that was; come on now, how difficult is the job? He had to ask a colleague (short, very friendly, African American) who by the way was the only one out of 3 employees who had the slightest clue what she was doing there. Then we asked for envelope and yet again this fool had no idea how much they cost nor how to work the register. A little recap: Abismal customer service, no clue how to operate anything in the store and poor attiltude "equals" Your Downtown San Leandro UPS Store. I cant recommend this store to anyone. I am sick and tired of people making you feel like they are doing you a favor when its their job to help you.

I have been picking up packages there for a few years now, one day the owner attempted to charge me for a package that was sent there. she tried to convince me that all packages that are picked up there are paid for. I informed her that I lived in the neighborhood for five or six years now and I never paid for a package that I picked up from the UPS Store. she still was trying to convince me that wasnt true.. so I asked her to look in the system and Pull my name and she can see that I always be at that store picking up packages, but she wouldnt do it for some reason. she threatened to send the package back if I didnt pay for it. to make a long story short she lost a great customer, I would never do business at that store again and plus she had a bad oder to her body.

Great place to set up P.O. box, make copies, and or send packages. Owner is friendly, employees are helpful and informative. Store is located in good area. Plenty of parking space available. Handicap accessible. Not a good place to bring small children for it is a small store but they are welcome. Store is keeped stocked up and clean. No computers available. I highly recommend this store. I always have a great experience.

Excellent customer service. Store is located in good area. It is clean and tidy. Always well stocked. Employees are helpful and friendly. You can make copies, send packages out, set up personal P.O.Box., no computers available for customers use. Plenty of parking space, handicap accessible. I recommend this store. Great thanks to owner and employees.

I went in and everyone was standing around making comments or just giving disrespectful looks. And on top of that I sent my cable equipment to Comcast and those children lost one. They need more training especially the full figured dark skined young man with the breathing problems who gave the most attitude and was down right rude.
