Had a really awful experience here. Walk in and the guy "working" there is just hanging out talking to his friend on the phone. I waited for like 5 minutes. Oh, one of his friends was like "hanging out" in the store too. He was extremely rude and not friendly. He had this weird condescending attitude like I was wasting his time by being there. Im pretty much sure he over charged me, by a "Lot" too. Ill never go back to this place. Today I drove out to Walnut Creek and used UPS instead. They were great. Super friendly and helpful, and it cost less to send a bigger box. Im going there from now on.

The Orinda Village Kinkos/FedEx office is very conveniently located and although they have the typical personnel turnover as more experienced people get transferred and other people take their place, we do a very large volume of business through them and they always are cooperative, professional, friendly, and helpful. Great place to pack, ship, print, and buy supplies.

Today I waited 15 minutes to get a receipt for shipping. I had a package with a prepaid label ready to go, but could not drop off without proof. This is the longest Ive waited here. There appeared to be only one person working.
