I decided to buy a savannah monitor from the couple at the store. When we first got him, I asked the girl and man if the lizard was okay due to his lethargic attitude and how he wasnt moving much. His eyes wouldnt open. She said he was tired. Idk about lizards much, but I didnt want to think my thoughts were true about him dying. My bf and I noticed the lizard was acting odd the few days weve had him. His tail looked dry and his lethargic behavior turned into him being motionless. I contacted the woman SANDY about the critter and mentioned the lizard died the last night. I simply mentioned it to her in case the sickness spread to other animals and the fact that its unsanitary. She then replies to my text rudely when I was being totally cordial. Her text reply consisted of her telling me I dont care for animals properly and its my fault. All I have to say is that my phone has been blown up as well as my voicemails. I wasnt trying to be rude. I just had concern for the cleanliness of the other critters if she sold us a dying animal. I have reported this to the animal protection services. So either fix your store up for good or shut it down. This is very sad to realize we were gypped with the cage of $200, a $40 Lizard. Sad.

Words can not describe how horrible this place is, the incompetent staff is extremely unfriendly as if they dont want you there, and thats just the beginning. The poor defenseless animals at this disgusting place are dying, the once beautiful reptiles are a pale malnourished shade of eminent death. The fish are covered in ick looking like someone sprinkled a large amount of salt on them, only its dozens of parasites killing them, I counted 4 dead fish in total in the fish tanks and many more looking close to death. This is not a pet store, this is where animals are come to die. I do not know how this scum of a "store" is still open. Dont go to this place unless you just want to witness animal cruelty with your own eyes.

Yeah Id second the rude staff, I walked in and thought there were customers present and felt I was interrupting a conversation, it was just the workers. It was awkward, and I greet people pleasantly upon entering their shop. Even though its a small shop it felt like they had just opened, and had hardly any selection. For me the dealbreaker is the worst store credit Ive ever recieved for bringing stock in, even super seedy places like 6th Avenue in San Francisco gave me twice the value for my fish anywhere else you go, you will get more $/fish. Didnt ruin my day, but considering how many much better shops there are, this place is definitely not worth your time.

This place is dirty and smells. Me and my family felt so bad for the animals. I own turtles and I saw a turtle/tortious laying on its back struggling to get up while a worker just comes by and throws it in a cage. I had to tell a worker to give the chickens some water and when he did they all ran towards it like they havent eaten in months. Just seeing these animals in this conditions makes me so upset and disappointing. I hope the business closes and the animals go free or to loving homes.

If I could give a half star I would. They were in the process of slowly killing every single reptile they had in stock, and it was cramped and downright filthy. Im no fish expert, but they didnt look to good either. I called Animal Control, it was so bad. I would encourage anyone reading this to not only actively avoid this shop, but to encourage others to as well.

Disgusting. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Cramped. Smelly. Staff is not attentive. Walked in the back and there is a leopard gecko that is almost dead and theyd charging 70 dollars. You can see its back bone and its tail was almost non existent its so skinny.. sickening.

I had gone in two weeks ago, and asked about pricing for a Pair of Parakeets, I was given 29.99. Now today when I called TOTALLY DIFFERENT! 50, if I want two birds. The guy was so incredibly rude, practically yelling. To say I was disappointed would be an understament.

Really cramped, unbearable smell, rude an arrogant staff....fish half dead, or completely dead. Sold me the wrong product ( an it did have all the parts) need it a 10gal. Filter but got sold a 15-20gal. Instead. SMH.. dont waste you time here.

I went today and there was only one man working there who was very rude only because he had "lots of things to do" he wouldnt let me hold the animals and there was a dead lizard in one of the tanks. It also smelled bad and it was so hot inside

Got my dog back with a bad hair cut and paws bleeding cuz "he moved" while trimming. . Both paws!!!!... .. the groomer doesnt know anything about grooming. .. I bet he doesnt even have a license to do this job. . !!

The man who worked their washed his hands in a fish tank with live fish inside. And after my dogs came back from getting groomed they were flinching a lot. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANAMALS TO GET GROOMED FROM THEIR !!!
