I usually go to Petco in Glendale or PetSmart in Pasadena to buy dog food, but when I passed this place on the way home the other day, I knew I had to check this place out since it was so near. I met Peter, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. I went in looking for Blue Buffalo as that is what I normally feed my dog and he was more than willing to order some for the store since they didnt have it stocked at the time. Regardless, he made great suggestions and as one yelper previously said, no upsell here! As soon as I got home, I fed my picky Shiba Inu the free samples that Peter had given me and she went straight for the bowl. Ironically, I pay more attention to what my dog eats than what I eat and always want to make sure she is given the healthy stuff, not the crap found in Beneful or Pedigree. I will most definitely plan on making this place my regular pitstop for all my pups needs. Also, they will be having their grand opening on June 16th from 10am-6pm with music, food, and all those goodies, so I recommend checking it out!

I dont know what that other person means when they say the pricing is poor. I cant relate though because I dont have dogs. We get our Timothy Hay and Guinea pig feed and bedding there because the prices are great! The bulk feed section is amazing (great pricing there too) and they have a wide selection of everything you could possible want for pets. We love the service too. The people are always friendly and are open for any pet questions you might have. Its a feel good store. We always walk away happy. They even have bakery treats (that are donut and cupcake like) for dogs! Now where do you see that around here? Definitely a store for the "lovin-est" of animal lovers.

I give this place 5 stars for the simple fact that they sell straw bales (which I use in my veggie garden as mulch and in my compost bin) and it isnt way out in the boonies. Any place that offers animal food in bulk also gets extra points in my book. That said, I really, really wish they carried dehydrated natural dog food (SoJos or The Honest Kitchen brands) and am kinda surprised they dont (they have other fancy dog food options). Pricing is average.

I love coming here, they are the only place i can get the best Super Parrot food for my bird and in bulk. My cockatiels loves the food also and i get my dog treats here also..The people are so nice and customer service is great!! Will not go no where else from now on..I recommend this place for all you animal lovers and bird lovers..

My puppy gets his shots here from the clinic that comes every Saturday they do amazing job with the pets. Also and have great deals on dog supply food down to beds,grooming tools, and toys
