A nicely laid out store. Easy to find products and all within easy reach. Staff are friendly and helpful with assisting with proper selection of products. This place is becoming a nice community spot for local pet lovers who care about what their pets eat and toys they play with. Nice to see that Brenna is assisting with lost and found pets for the community as well as hosting the mobile low cost veterinary care. Thanks for your contributions to the community and for employing friendly and helpful staff.

I stopped by today after my kids showed me flea bites from the dog. The ladies were super friendly and suggested a couple items. I chose a shampoo they suggested that is all natural and safe around kids. I scrubbed my dog and watched fleas fall off the dog and die on the tub floor. It was amazing and I am confident with the products I got, our flea problem will be gone. I will definitely shop here for all my pet needs.

Brenna and Tim have really got a nice pet store. They have all kinds of supplies for all kinds of species. There prices are good too. Brenna has a working knowledge of dietary needs, especially for dogs. They also are active in the community and key players in all the Valley Animal Partners fund raising events. Be sure to check them out in their new store across from Sterling Savings bank.

Excellent customer service!! I have recommended this store to numerous people. We have an Italian Greyhound that is VERY hard to keep weight on with our active life style. I appreciate all of the help since this is the first animal I have owned that keeping the weight on has been the problem and not the other way around! Thank you for all the support!

Great place to take your dog. We were in town over the weekend visiting family and our dog really needed a bath so we took him in for self wash. Only 15 bucks to get our dog brushed out and all nice and clean. They provide you with everything you need to get the job done. Plus the staff was super friendly. Highly reccomend this place!

Brenna & the staff at PPM make it easy to find what you are looking for, and make your leashed pets feel welcome whether its your first time or your tenth time visiting. They offer a much better and healthier variety of pet products that some of those big-box stores, with the added benefit of a shorter trip!

The conversation I had with the owner was wonderful... sensitive about my Aussi Im asking questions about vets in the area...shes an older girl and hurts a lot of the time...CBD treats are an excellent choice for fire works...calming.

Brenna, Sylar & staff are great! Self wash is great as is selection of foods. And more choices for big dogs on all sorts of items (many shops now seem so focused on the little purse dogs the big dogs are forgotten - but not here!)!!

Eighteen bucks for do it it yourself on the spot dog bath. Very easy and enjoyable for pet. Much better than other pet place in town
