Horrible!!! I would give them no stars if possible. I made an appointment online and then called directly after to verify. I drove 30 minutes because I wanted to stay in the area while she was being groomed and theres tons of shopping near this PetSmart. When I arrived to check in to grooming the woman at the desk (I dont know her name but she had black hair pulled back and was just sitting at the computer) said that she had "tried calling while I was on the way" to tell me they were overbooked. First of all I was using my iPhone for navigation so it was accessible the entire time I was driving, second of all I double checked my call log NOTHING. Not only did she lie to my face but she didnt accept my appointment I made and was not nice or apologetic at all. I work in customer service and train agents, Im going to use her as an example of what NOT to do when dealing with customers. She was THAT bad. I wish I had gotten her name. I wouldnt be so upset if she wasnt so RUDE. Im going to go to the PetSmart grooming in Roseville Commons from now on. They cant even handle scheduling or simple customer service at this location, how am I supposed to trust them with my dog!!!

I went in for a simple item. A bag to transport my beta fish in while moving. The lady at the door (the greeter) immediately started giving me attitude. Without even looking said "No, we dont have those." And continued on with crap like "If you put your fish in a bag he wont last an hour." CLEARLY shes never seen a fish being transported because you fill the bag with a little water and leave over half of the bag with oxygen in it. So I dont understand why she wouldnt even look when she had no clue what I was talking about. I tried explaining and she just kept saying "nope dont have em." So what do you guys put your fish in when someone buys them? No sense. So I left without looking because I sure didnt want to buy from a place that the employees dont have a clue what youre looking for or how to treat a customer nicely. I asked very happily and once I caught on to her attitude, I left. Went to PETCO down the street. Lovely people gave me a bunch of aquatic bags for FREE. WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE. I wanted to go back to Petsmart and shove it in her face, but I thought this would do. Never going back. Switching to Petco.

knowledgeable staff. not sure if they do any screening on their returns but I bought a 5 gal. aquarium and got it home and the filter was dirty, there were no food packets or water conditioner packets which were supposed to be included, and a rock was stuck in the intake for the power filter. made a loud noise when i turned it on and it doesnt do what its supposed to. was not on clearance or marked down in any way. I paid retail for a product that wasnt functional. CHECK STUFF OUT BEFORE YOU PAY FOR IT! Im extra mad cause i live like 45 mins away from the store...

(2/24/15) We have been slowly buying what we need for a bearded dragon and visit multiple Petsmart locations often since Oct. 2014. Mary helped us in the reptile area tonight and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took extra time to show us a bearded dragon she had in back that had grown a bit too big to be with the other dragons. Every time we visit this store when she is there she always asks us if we need any help. We appreciate the exceptional customer service she has been giving us.

every time i buy something non-consumable i have to return it. the quality of products here is absolutely the worst i have EVER seen and i have been to a lot of pet-product stores (i have had many, many pets). i bought 2 litterboxes for around $62; youd think that for over $30 apiece it would NOT be made out of the absolute thinnest possible plastic. went to TARGET and paid around $34 for 2 and they are so much better that they shouldnt even be in the same category as petsmarts products.

i was alittle skidish at first about the dog trainning at Petsmart, that is until i met "Donna the dog whisper", i dont know what or how she does it but she had my dog walking with her in mins. after the classes my dog was in tip top shape!!! when ever my family or friends come to my house they are amazed at how well my dog is trainned..... THANKS DONNA!!!

We love this store and so does our Shiah-a-Poo, Frankie! Service is great, the training classes are wonderful (our trainer is Donna) and the grooming salon does a great job every time we go. Advice for Ryan: you can learn to trim your cats nails at home. We have 2 Abyssinians and it is kinder to do minor grooming at home. Happy New Year!

HORRIBLE Customer Service!! My son bought 3 fish from here and they treated him like he was a criminal!!! Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS! The most ridiculous people I have come across. After one of his fish died they practically accused him of killing it! We will NEVER go here again. Definitely do not recommend!

I LOVE, LOVE Banfield at Petsmart. The Vet techs and DRs are wonderful with my four dogs. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They really show concern for our pets. Get the Wellness Plan to save money!

Great store. Deliveries just leave them short on supplies sometimes over the weekend. Things tend to come in earlier in the week and they run out by the weekend.
