My first time to this store. Called to see if a specific item was in stock. Associate told me that it was but that he didnt feel comfortable having me buy it as the package was torn apart and it had been rifled through. Pieces may be missing. I told him that I needed it for parts and he made an fair price adjustment. Thats called GREAT customer service. I fixed my cat door and all worked out. 35 mile drive...Ill be back again and again. Big selection of many pet supplies. And they cater to the salt water fish/reef keeper.

I reserve 5 stars for exceptional places. Be advised cash and debit cards only. I bought a pair of Bourke Parakeets which ended up being the wrong bird for me. The staff at this store excepted a return of these healthy birds with no problem. I find Chad to be very knowledgable and helpful in the care of birds. Their birds are healthy and their prices are some of the lowest. Every bird I priced was lower than the big chains. Theyre easy to reach off of Hwy 85. I live in Santa Clara, and it was worth the drive.

Good prices, friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Staff members genuinely care for animals. They have a very large selection of everything and carry unique items that cannot be found at big name pet stores. Sometimes I get a little lost trying to find what I am looking for but its not worth removing a star because all employees know the stock like the back of their hand!

Lots of pet stuff here. They sell fish, birds and amphibians. They also have feeder fish, mice and rats for your carnivorous pets. Lots of pet food selection and pet accessories. Pet furniture is also available. They have a huge fish selection and all the aquarium stuff they need. A cool place to go and let your kids look at the fish.

Great location for a Pet store. It is well organized, wide selection of pet food and the prices are very reasonable. Customer service is also very good and friendly. We will continue to get our needs for dog food from this store. They dont accept credit cards.

Okay so I found out this place carries the same stuff as petco and petsmart but significantly cheaper. Its comparable in size however not as pretty on the inside. I save about $10 for a 28lb of dog food. Even the toys for the dog are cheaper.

Great prices on many items. Friendly staff. Largest selection. My first choice for pet supplies over the many other nearby pet food chains. The homeopathic kibble I buy is $10 cheaper for a 28 pound bag than anywhere else.

No way you cant love this place. The stores are no-frill and the staff is minimal, but the prices kill anything PetSmart, PetCo or An Jan can do. Bar none! Once you go you wont go anywhere else.

They sell fish at almost half the prices found on most fish websites and stores. If you are in the marine hobby, they practically give fish away. Very healthy to!
