Not pleasant. Asked several questions regarding grooming services. Was told the same lie twice. Store manager did not resolve issue. Called corporate customer service. Agent contacted store. Store suggestion... would receive better service at PetSmart. Agent apologized and said she was shocked and didnt understand store turning away customer. There is a good customer service centered Pet Smart in Dublin.

Store manager lori or laura has a very bad additude and is abusive to employees. I asked for help and barely got a response. I also heard her demeaning her employee calling her stupid. Employees dont seem to want to help. Im sure its due to poor managment. I will not go to this store again.

Always fun going to both my local stores. Ending up getting a ball python this trip and he was nice and healthy. Now just getting the process of him getting to know his new home...Thank you Petco of Livermore!

very nice selection and great store to browse or shop at. wish they had saltwater fish but other than that have everything you would need no matter what kind of pet you have

Its what you expect for a Petco. Friendly staff. The groomers are pretty good and inexpensive. We also enjoyed a dog training course. Also a good place to adopt pets

Its a PetCo. Not the cheapest place for pet supplies, but gets the job done when you cant wait for shipping and allows the pup to shop for her own toys.

This location is clean and there is a large parking lot. There is usually a line at check-out because there are typically only one or two clerks.

Always have what I need in stock. Very helpful staff. One employee offered to carry my item to the car for me since it was heavy.
