If you are on the road from San Francisco back home to LA and need to do a don’t ask/ dont tell movement along the way squirm no more! PetSmart has a fully equipped and relatively clean almost to a shine over the whitish tile bathroom open to all who seek entrance for no more then a push of the swinging door and the no how to get to that door so you can make it happen. After entering the store head straight until the first opportunity to turn right finds you, take that right and do the same thing again which will end you in the only decision I cant make for you to release: mens or womans.

We recently got a fish tank and I would have to say their so called fish professionals are rude, and make you feel like crap not to mention all the fish we bought there have died!!! I will never give petsmart my money again!

Had our dog pet training with Ted at PetSmart. Really loves dogs and is good with people too. Tries really hard to help you with your dog training and problems. He has lots of experience training dogs and it shows.

No one knows anything about the store or the animals. You can never find anyone. The animals, especially the cats, always look sick and their living spaces are filthy. Never buy an animal from this company.

This is a typical petsmart but the people here are a bit too busy to be able to help you find items. If you catch one they will help you and they do try but they seem short staffed.

My dog loves this store. he gets all of his toys, treats and food here. Employees are all friendly and helpful. Good place to go for training too!
