We Love Louie! We have 2 conures, 2 parakeets and 2 canaries. We go and see him frequently to ask questions and buy supplies. My daughter is constantly asking "can we see louie today?". If the naysayers spent any time in the shop, they would know that louie loves his birds. What is even more remarkable is that he seems to almost know every bird in his shop and there are plenty of them. We recently bought a canary and he said, "why dont we give you that one. He is my best singer". Louie, you are the best! With our canaries now having 4 eggs, Louie in counseling us on how to take care of the canaries when they are born.

Horrible bird store! The birds are treated with no care at all and are very afraid of the owner. When you ask the owner questions about the bird and its health, he will lie and try to dodge your questions. He does not even accept refunds as well! Avoid this bird shop and go to the numerous others in the Bay Area.
