Called them up in the am and ask them if they had a part in stock. the gentleman said that they did and would pull it for me. unfortunately due to circumstances it took me 5 hours to get there as, I walked in I asked one of the cashiers if they had this part of available, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone walked up to me and said yes that was me you were talking to, I have it right here waiting for you. this place has great service, good employees and has a bigger selection of stock items than any other store on Stevens Creek. I highly recommend coming to this store on Blossom Hill

This place is generous!!! not just full of good deals I bought $14 box of heavy duty nitrile gloves in the wrong size. I didnt know if you look on the back of the box you can check your hand for the correct size.. After tearing the box open and using some gloves and struggling with the gloves. I finally realized I could get gloves in my size. I brought in the box just hoping I could get small discount or at least leave then them box I had no use for: I DID NOT ask to have the box replaced but they did even though I had money out to pay for a new box in my size.

Decent Harbor Freight store. Clean, uncluttered, well stocked, attentive staff, not over-crowded. If you have ever been to the Newark location before the SJ stores opened you will definitely appreciate both of the SJ stores for their organization, aisle sizes, and lack of clutter. Parking is easy as it shares the building with a shuttered office supply store.

great place to shop yes they push the insurance and the inside-track club but if you are a tool nut like i am and own your own business then you will get some awesome deals if you sign up for the inside track-club cant say enough about this place and they will stand behind there hand-tools they all come with a lifetime guarantee now how can you beat that

Harbor Freight. Its inexpensive, I usually walk out feeling like I got a great bargain. They send you coupon flyers in the mail. Most of the stuff works OK. When it doesnt, you dont cry because it didnt cost much. They play rock music on the PA system. Online ordering can be a bit painful.

Tools are cheap on price durable and lifetime warranty, I bought a socket wrench set 4 yrs ago and still going strong and my neighbor bought a craftsman wrench set and the wrench broke in the first week he had his and had trouble getting a refund now hes a harbor freight junky. Lol

A good place to buy cheap tools that might or might not last long. If you need a tool for one job, then this is the place for you. Weekends are busy, and expect to spend some time in the cashiers line. Theres also a lot of coupons online, which can save you some good money.

Cant sell the products they have in stock. Drove over, brought my truck to pick up an Hour frame 12ton press for a project. They looked in the back and said they have them, but cant sell them. Waste of a trip. Always disappointed at this harbor freight in particular.

They have tools for cheap. The prices are good, but sometimes I am not sure the tool quality is the best. They do have a lot of tools and I was able to find what I needed to fix my car AC. This is usually the first place I go when I need a tool fast and cheap.

Good prices and stock; they will act nice until you decide to return something. The gentleman with the Guages in his ears acted as if I was robbing the place when I was returning a 4 dollar item.
