I ordered 3 appliances from inside the store with an associate. First appliance was a deep freezer which I picked up the next day which wasnt an issue. The refrigerator I ordered and was told the delivery date would be the 22nd of june (it was currently the 13th) waiting a week wasnt a big deal so we agreed and a dishwasher was supposed to be delivered on the 1st of July (still not a big deal) well on the 22nd I called to see when the fridge was going to be delivered, I was then told the delivery date was changed to the 1st and just could get another model fridge on the 25th if I wanted that. I declined and returner the fridge only and bought the same model for $300 less at lowest and it was delivered the next morning. Then the 1st I called to check the status of the dishwasher. I was first told by the delivery department that only appliances could help me so I was transfered. Then appliances gave me this big deal about how they dont handle that and gave me another number to call. So I call the other number and after 23 minutes they are able to locate the order and it was was scheduled for the 30th of June (yesterday) needless to say I will not be shipping at home Depot again. Such a shame I have spent over $7000 the last 3 weeks for my new house and will not be shopping here again. Update: the dishwasher was delivered on 07/02/15 and missing the kick plate for the washer. Called home depot again to resolve the missing piece and spoke with a manager again whom stated the delivery was a third party delivery service and there is nothing that can be done except calling samsung directly. The manager attempted to call but said they were closed and she would call again tomorrow. The manager also gave me the Samsung phone number to return the product. Called the number and it was the phone number for GE -_- item was returned to the store. Also I tried to give home depot another shot with a garage door opener. Opened the box and found the cable to be broken. Now I have to make another trip to return this piece of junk. Never one had any issue with the home depot in Sacramento.

Our new LG Washer and LG Dryer were delivered on 7/15/2015 by Premier Product Management, Inc. as was arranged by Home Depot. My husband and I are very dissatisfied with the installation service provided. The washer was installed and the service people ran a test cycle on Delicate only, and left before the final spin was completed. Some time after they had left spin cycle started and the washer vibrated and rattled considerably despite the fact that it has a True Balance-Anti-Vibration System. I did ask the service person if he had balanced the washer and he assured me that he had. We have contacted Home Depot and we now have to wait until July 21st to check out the problem. The dryer was not installed because the hose installation kit we were sold with the dryer was not the correct kit - hose was very long, stiff aluminum and the space between the dryer and the wall is excessive, and prevents the door into the laundry area from opening. The service person told us that we needed an elbow connector instead of a straight one. Now we have to make a trip to Home Depot to return it for a refund. I had to go online and troubleshoot the problem myself and determined that all we need is a 4" x 20 ft. vinyl flexible dryer hose and 2 - 4" clamps (elbow connector is not necessary). The service people were in a hurry from the time they arrived and were not receptive to our questions and inquiries about the dryer issue and in general. Not customer service oriented. Overall the experience was negative and we will see what transpires with the washer issue. Not happy with your choice of service/installation Home Depot.

I promised myself years ago to never buy anything from Home Depot that needed to be installed or delivered after a bad door buying experience. I gave in for a good price on a fridge. First, you are assigned a day and time (no morning/afternoon preference) if you cant pull it off you have to wait another week. The fridge showed up all dented in the back and after the delivery guys left I noticed a scratch on the front. The number the delivery guys left was a disconnected number so I called up the YC store. After 10mins and 6 transfers I finally got to the appliance dept. The guy who answered the phone was a total jerk and hung up on me. He called back the next day to say he had ordered a new fridge (never asked for that) - I declined because I didnt want to deal with delivery and Home Depot again. I can live with the dents and scratch. He was completely rude and hung up again. Classic Yuba City Home Depot customer service!

Gentle readers, if one fine morning you fancy going to Yuba City Home Depot to have a gallon of paint custom mixed for you in a casual and friendly manner, be thoroughly aware of the fact that you shall be travelling into an extremely hostile zone. Yet, if you insist on proceeding and naively venture into having Rick-the person assigned to the paint department-to get engaged into a customer-sales associate contact, you shall end up with a hypertensive crisis and pronounced difficulties operating your vehicle while trying to get back home to recuperate after your extraordinarily emotional paint mixing ordeal. Why all of these? It is only because of the precarious twist of fickle and ironic Fate that has thrown Rick into a work place where he is supposed to represent Home Depot and a few US paint companies: the very place he disrelishes, do the job he detests, and deal with customers he is utterly incapable of tacking care. Sad...

Wow, worst customer service Ive had in a long time. There were tons of employees working this morning, and very few customers. But the employees were too busy dusting the shelves and standing around in groups talking, to help any of these customers. We waited over 10 min for help in electrical, nobody came. Stopped another employee, but he said didnt know anything and couldnt help us. In another aisle, three employees stood behind us, not really doing anything, but wouldnt help us. Then, on the way out to the car, I watched another employee wander the parking lot slowly, pushing a cart, while he played on his cell phone for at least the 5 min it took us to load up the truck and leave....we will be going to Lowes from now on.

Today, more likely than not, is that last day that I will do business with this store. The customer service is pathetic. I helped a older woman load up some wood because no one else would. I helped another woman find a plumbing part for her "help" walked off. When I asked for help loading concrete bags they showed up...yeah! Only after I loaded all but 3. There are all kinds of bodies there but definitively...no help. As a wise man once said: "If you put your foot on one cheek and put your other foot on the other cheek and push gently, your head will slide right out." Pull your head out HD! By the way, it only got one star because you have to give it a star. You owe me a star HD.
