Earlier this week, I ordered a pair of luggage straps online for pickup at the Home Depot Pleasanton store. Received an email from Home Depot asking me to go to their Customer Service to pick up the online order. Bought one other item while I was at the store. When I went to the Customer Service desk, which was essentially empty at 7:45pm in the evening, I found the customer service rep ("Roci") in a very unpleasant mood - she didnt listen attentively to the spelling of my last name, didnt spend the time reading my last name in the Home Depot Order email I showed to her on my iPhone, and worse, then proceeded to tell me that "No, I cant see the last name. Am I blind??" Yes, seriously, not kidding! My recommendation to Home Depot management is to hire folks in Customer Service who are actually inclined to serve the customer politely, and not be rude with them. And if you are unwilling to do that, then as far as I am concerned, theres always Lowes in Dublin that provides excellent customer service for my next order.

Absolutely bad store bad service , bad delivery, bad installation. Appliance delivered got delayed for three times. So we live without appliance and no compensation at all. They did nothing but push the responsibility to others. The person on the call named Cherry was rude and unprofessional. The delivery and installation team was rude and unprofessional, as well. They incorrectly install the washer and the range. I seriously doubt if they install the others right now. The guy even hang me up when I called back for complaining. I would never buy anything from Home Depot and this store anymore. Guys, run away from Home Depot. They are not reliable, you are basically taking your life and safety at chances when you buy stuff from them.

Purchased a Ryobi c430 trimmer from Home Depot. Ryobi was a great company in the past, but times change and this product was terrible. The reviews on home depot will help clarify. Regardless, the product was two months old, not working and ready for the trash. The 5 plus rating is for managers Tom and Jennifer, and most importantly Melisa. These three folks provided exceptional customer support. While I wont be purchasing another Ryobi product in the near future, Ill be back at your store.

Our experiences here vary greatly. We have had good experiences and bad and a number of mediocre experiences as well. Some employees seem friendly and others feel like they condescend if you arent a contractor. Yet others seem to be annoyed that you take them away from their task to ask a question. Then again there have been a few very friendly and helpful people too... just luck who you get I guess.

Ordered knobs online which were sold as in stock today at store for pick up only to be informed that the "website" is wrong and the store has NONE. No offer of any kind of help or assistance in finding them at another store. Very disappointed and will not be shopping here again. Would give ZERO stars if possible but i forced to give 1.

I waited over an hour for someone to get and item from a top shelf only for them to tell me the lift was broken....Nick in appliances has horrible customer service skills...walked by me three times and said nothing...his co-workers had to hunt him down and apparently he was headed to lunch and not to tell me the lift was broken.

In the top 5 of the all time worst Home Depot locations Ive been in the country. They are terrible. Do yourself a favor and drive down to Lowes. They appreciate your business and will actually help. This Home Depot is full of a bunch of lazy employees who dont know anything and dont care....

Changed this from a 1 star to a 4 star after HD fixed their online stocking mistake. They checked other stores in the local area, and found the item I needed. Situation was rectified, but the stocking error still needs to be addressed/fixed.

A Great Store! Every time I walk into this store I am greeted with a smile and the employees stop what theyre doing to ask me if I need help. If they dont know where something is they get on their little radios and call for help

Great help at the Christmas tree lot. Wish I knew the name of the gentleman that helped me. He was so kind to carry and tie the tree to my car while I wrangled my toddler.

Do not buy Hampton Bay patio furniture. Complete trash. Owned 1 year and falling apart from Sun exposure. Home Depot is no help. This was the Cibola patio line.
