Customer service really sucks at this store. I purchase a patio furniture here and scheduled the delivery for the following Saturday. Long story short, somebody was suppose to call me on Friday to schedule the time of delivery for Saturday. I waited all day for a phone call. By 6:00 pm I decided to call the store and this is when my frustration started. I spoke with Regina and basically she left me to deal with their third party delivery service. After talking to their delivery service, I was told they dont have a driver scheduled for my area and they would have to reschedule. I called Orchard back to let them know whats going on with my delivery and again I spoke with Regina who is not interested and gave me an attitude instead. I even made a comment to her how she doesnt seem to care. At this point I said I want to cancel the sale. She pretended like she didnt know what I meant which upset me even more. Then she said to me, if you want to cancel your purchase, give me a call so I can call and cancel your delivery. WTH. She can make a phone call to cancel my delivery but she cant call to inquire about my delivery for good customer service. You just lost a customer and possibly more customers. This is going to be posted on my Facebook my Tweeter acct and to my friends and family. Avoid this store.

Went in to osh to get my patio screen rescreen, took them over a week to get it back. (IT WAS NEVER DONE AS PROMISED)This store is lack of communication, everyone is not on the same page here. I spoke to manager about complaint, seems like he didnt care. Took my screen elsewhere (Southgate glass & screen), way cheaper then osh and got it back in 2 days top. Remember this phrase: " WITHOUT CUSTOMERS, YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS" Its all about the Good customer service that drives customer to your store. Will be shopping at local hd instead for now on.

Very bad customer service. Not even welcoming. Doesnt smile or offer to help the customers. Would never go there again. I rather go to Home Depot because at least they are welcoming.

Its like a mini home depot. Prices are about the same elsewhere but may have some products exclusive to this store. Not a big shopper here but I go in when I need to kill time.

I had a 10% coupon on my phone. She didnt even tried it an said it wont work. Even my 10 yrs old recognized the bad customer service without me saying a word to her.

Just love the policy where I may return a dead plant, I bag it up and exchange it for something else, perfect policy for a beginner gardner :)
