Customer service was meh my boyfriend went in to exchange a pair if jeans that his grandmother bought him ... Now I went to another store because he went in with two of his friends . I come back out to see if they were done apperantly they assumed they were going to steal lol are you serious ? We all have money buddy. So my bf two friends walk out and wait outside. I walk in to see whats taking my bf so long . THEN security pops in . Just llooking at us ! Honestly I felt so furious . Plus he wasnt even able to simply exchange his pants. Now my boyfriend found a pair he LIKED which was only about $10 cheaper then the pair he had and the "worker" Said he couldnt because it wasnt the equal price ... Okay so then boyfriend asked if he can add a pair of socks which are about $8 ... Then the worker said no its a one On one exchange ? Now , Ive exchanged at other express stores and they never told me I couldnt add to make it the right price. So if your Latino and are with your gf and two friends dont go here . They might think your stealing . smh
