I will start with the positives. I absolutely love the hours the fact that they stay open so late... I love the Parking! I love the variety of things that they have but the one thing I had issue with was the loss prevention that they have in the store, I mean the entire time I shopped this guy did not take his eyes off of me .... I have plenty of money and I have no reason to steal I have never stole a thing in my life and I felt so degraded .... I will continue to shop here but I cant tell you how disgusting that made me feel. I wish that I could shop without being watched every second that I was there .... Every African American does not steal, I promise you this... I have a college degree and a good job and I have no reason to steal anything from Ross... Besides I didnt even come in the store with a purse or a bag so I could not have stole anything if I wanted to where would I have put it, in my panties??? In the future please work on this... I deserve some sort of apology but Im sure I wont get it

Theres a parking lot here in the Metro Mall, which is great because its not like the Ross in Westlake Shopping Center where parking is crazy. In terms of the place itself, there arent any greeters, but its an inviting location. Even though its not as tall or wide as the Ross in Westlake or Gellert, there are still many great selections. I was able to find 9 clothing items and left with 5. The discounted prices are the reason why people shop at Ross, so come to this location if youre in the Colma/Serramonte area.

The store was neat and the filled with exactly what I was looking for. The cashier dude was rude at first. Overall, one of the better Ross stores.

Oddly more disorganized than the average Ross, but same great prices and thats really why were there so I guess its okay
