My fiancé and I have a buckle card. We have always shopped with the central Oregon store and all of our jeans have been purchased from buckle. We have since moved to Vancouver and have been to this store twice. The first time the service was awful and the manager was unhelpful and rude. The second time however takes the cake. We walked in and were looking for mens jeans similar to the ones my fiancée was already wearing that were also from there. A woman approached us within seconds as usual and showed us to the section once she actually turned around to talk to us however she realized my fiancée was a woman and just decided she was done helping us and walking away. The store didnt have many customers but she made a point to ignore us and look busy. She then tried to see if a male employee would help us, she didnt realize I was watching her but she went up to him and told him we were looking for jeans, he said " that guy?" She said " its a woman" and they both dispersed again not helping us and ignoring us. Finally a third employee after fifteen minutes of us just figuring it out on our own was helpful and checked us out when we found the right pair. I was absolutely outraged and wanted to leave the store. I wont ever shop with this location again. It was embarrassing to be treated like we were less than any other customer.

I cant believe the excellent service I receive at the Buckle. The staff there is always so helpful and are probably the most knowledgeable sales people I have encountered. On my first trip there I found jeans that fit me perfectly. The two salespeople helping me also brought several tops and shoes to complete my outfit. After I left the store I continued my shopping in the mall and was disappointed by the service I received in every other store ( including the large one that prides itself on its service) Now when I go to the Buckle I call them before I get there and they have everything pulled aside for my before I even get there. They are truely AMAZING. If you dont believe it give them a try

I just walked in looked around and was never approached, left, came back in just to give them a second chance and still was not approached! There were only a few guys in there which appeared to be friends with the girl working there, which is the only explanation I can come up with as to why I wasnt approached, because usually buckle is more then willing to throw clothing at you that you didnt ask for! In this case I was looking for help w getting new jeans, but no such luck!!

The assistant manager was great to work with! Very upbeat and friendly. I bought jeans that didnt work well for me about a year prior, I was in shopping for another new pair of jeans and had mentioned I dont like a certain brand because of the issues with those jeans and she offered to exchange them for a completely different pair even though it was well past 90 days.
