This is my favorite thrift store, go to place. Yes, it has NO fitting rooms and you have to get creative, but the prices are so much lower than Goodwill whos prices are WAY too high. I am a very choosy shopper and like things that look new, have good name brands and have quality fabrics. Because its such a large store and there are so many clothes, you have more selection in each department than other stores, where if you are looking for a specific item, such as a warm cardigan, you will have many, many choices versus a small section. They do not organize by size, they organize by color. It would be more convenient if they did, but when you shop there and see how much quantity of items the employees are constantly putting out you will see that it would not be possible to keep up that level of organization, there is just too many items coming and going, and quickly I have found DKNY cardigans in great condition, Prada handbags as well as many name brand handbags, Dankso shoes and other seriously exciting great deals for much less than Goodwill prices. Sometimes I come here every week. Dont come on Wednesdays unless you are a senior or bring one, its senior discount day and there are busloads, pushy and rude and they treat you like you dont belong there if you arent over 55. Saturday morning is crowded as well since all the colored tags in the store are 50% off except the one incoming color of the day. But Ive found that things get picked over quickly so by Saturday afternoon its not worth it. They accept CASH only, have an ATM, and hold things for one hour only. The customer service is not the greatest, but having been there often I find the regular ladies who work there sweet and friendly in their gruff way.

I always seem to have a great experience at Red White and Blue. I visit the store often and find some spectacular deals (including today). I have two young children that accompany me, the staff has gotten to know us and blows kisses at my kids when were done checking out. I love the turnover of product, with the additional discounts (on top of the low prices of the items), makes for a great shopping adventure when I get a chance to take a look around. The main things I shop for at RW&B are children clothing, which are unbelievably inexpensive, shoes for my kiddos, I find some great sweaters and jackets for myself, today I purchased an incredibly fashionable dress. I have also found a furniture items, that I adore. I normally visit in the morning (9am when they first open), so I dont have to deal with an outrageous amount of customers, the parking is also much more convenient in the mornings. There are no dressing rooms, no return policy. Even in a normal department store, I dont have time to try on clothes (with two little busy bee children with me), so I dont mind just glancing at myself in the mirror with an article of clothing posted in front of me! :) Ive never felt the need to return an item, Ive always been pleased with my purchases, so the no return policy is no problem for me. The two negative aspects that I really dislike about this store would be the cash only, which is a complete inconvenience and there are no public restrooms. They will let your kiddos use the employee restroom if they are in need, thankfully.... but that would be wonderful if there was one available to all customers. Regardless, I love this store and I boldly rate it with 5 stars.

My favorite thrift store!!! I have found so many amazing deals here. Sure there are no fitting rooms, you can see that from the get go, so quit complaining about it. You want fitting rooms, go to the mall!! I wear a skirt or a dress, and try the stuff on there. If it doesnt fit, I can sell it on Facebook. I did most of my sons back to school shopping there and bought everything new with tags for under $50!!! The prices here are ten times better then goodwill. They have three different colors of the day (25%, 50%, 75% off). I have never had an issue finding great items with the color of the day, unlike goodwill where when its the color of the day there is very few items that are out on the racks, and of those that are they are the worst! I have bought CDs and dvds (and dont be a dummy and walk out without opening the case, god forbid you should take some responsibility for yourself!) And the cd has been in the case and worked. The employees that I have interacted with have been very friendly. I have never had a bad experience there. I love how they have bags of items for super cheap. My son got a bag of hot wheels for a few dollars and there were 5 new unopened ones in it! This is definitely my favorite thrift store!

Poor management is this businesses moto. This employer takes advantage of employee not being aware of employee rights. Poor wages, no benifits, (who nows) posible illegal workers, and scare tactics are used daily on current employees. The business does not give back to the community as well. Goodwill or St. Vincent DePaul are a better choice when it comes to thrift stores. This store has grumpy non customer service freindly employees. It starts from the management and goes down from there. The business is a poor example of a thift store. This thrift store experience is one of dirty, over priced goods. With a hint of their too good to help you. My dollar will be spent at a different business. Employers like this one should be outed as the bad bosses they are. When it comes down to it this business has went down hill for about the last ten years and has lost its charm. I would not recommend spending your hard earned dollar at this poorly run sweatshop. Cash only is another way to show they dont care for the customer. Cash only, but there is an ATM on site for a fee. Dont go there!

I have never seen customers treated with so much disrespect. I have witnessed customers told by staff to "shut your mouth" when trying to reason with them about there very high prices, more than ebay even. Another one I witnessed was the manager himself telling another customer "if you dont like it theres the door" when a cashier accidentally overcharged him on a purchase. This place is very rude with absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen! And the amount of theft here is off the charts with employees constantly taking your donations for there own prosperity and finding new ways to sneak things out the door. Its a depressing dirty dive and always has a "now hiring" sign or two in the window. I stopped going there last year and just shop on ebay now. This place prices there items higher than Goodwill and ebay anyways and with no guarantee or return policy so much of the stuff is just broken, dirty, worthless garbage. The thrift store a couple blocks away just went out of business, I guess this place will be next.

Red White and Blue is a busy thrift store that has a great purpose for being and that is for helping Veterans. Red White and Blue has a lot of discount color tag days and a Senior day that is 50% off. One big draw back is they have a “No Return Policy” and I believe a store credit would be more customer friendly and what do they loose, nothing. So, combine the no return policy, no dressing rooms and a very crowded parking and you might have yourself a medium size turn off, but add on "the turn off" their newest Mgr Gordon has turned out to be, and Red White and Blue might be off your list. He is obnoxious and rude and has changed the whole atmosphere of the store. But if you can handle all the above you will not be disappointed because you will more than likely be able to find some good buys on used clothing etc.
