Just had the worste customer service I have ever encountered by Alexis Tworek the Acting Store Manager. Not only did she not follow standard Nordstrom policy she was extremely rude and gedo about it. Had bought a $220 dollar pair of jeans a couple of years ago that the entire seat blew out of. Because they could not find the transaction they would not return it for me saying, "that it was normal wear and tear." I have jeans from Gap that have lasted much longer than thatand I certainly didnt pay $220 for them. Do not shop at Nordstrom with the false sense of protection that even though you are paying their over inflated prices for everything that Nordstrom will stand behind their products. Though I have been a big Nordstrom fan. I will avoid shopping there anymore.

Its an okay mall, nothing here..Im surprised they even have a Coach store, but dont go to the T-Mobile store, manager is very rude, he didnt even bother helping his employee who was helping us, it took the new employee three times to put a screen protector on, we had to take it to one of the booths in the mall, he couldnt help, we ended up paying another retailer $10 to put a screen protector on.. we also bought another accessory but have to return it now because its missing a piece..my advice go to a better mall

While traveling for a business trip, I was at the Nodrstrom Tacoma Mall about a month or so ago, and Ive never had better customer service. Marjani Finch handled a desperate alterations situation for me. Im very grateful! Marjani was understanding, courteous, and she went out of her way to help me. Nordstroms really emphasizes customer service; I never particularly shopped at Nordstroms before, but I will definitely return. I wish I could go back to Tacoma to patronize this particular store.

Walking in everything was a little bit of a disaster. The makeup department was nice enough, the philosophy counter is amazing. But the womens shoe floor is about a 2 star. There was shoe stuffing and boxes everywhere. I walked around looking at their small selection for almost ten minutes, never got greeted. Sales associates walked past me a couple times. Never a word. Ill stick to other Nordstroms to go to.

I like Nordstrom but I do not care for the Tacoma Mall Branch one jot. Service is spotty - and one finds provincial snobbery to the hilt. I was treated so rudely in womens shoes one time, I didnt come back for a year. Further, the selection in all departments is very small compared to other area branches. I would go to downtown Seattle or Bellevue when Im serious about purchasing before going here.

Regret getting a suit here. Incredibly over priced. Nothing much different from a mens warehouse as far as quality is concerned. They wanted me to pay for premium Tailoring. Then they said that it would not cost anything if I open a Nordstrom credit card. However approximately three weeks after my purchase I received a bill in the mail for $90. No chance for getting that off of my account

Worst customer service ever!!! My mom and I were looking for shoes. We were clearly seen by the lady in the shoe department and nobody greeted us or helped us. Same for upstairs. I guess we didnt look like we had enough money to shop there. Ill glady keep my money and go somewhere else. Very disappointing.

Paid $1200 for a suit from Nordstrom (Hugo Boss Super 100). After 2 wearings, it is already coming apart. Dont waste your money on the Nordstrom name because their quality sucks. For $400 at a competitor, I could get the same suit. I was just looking for reliability and thought paying more would get that.

I just want to say, I was calling to different companies and got so many recorded messages/machines, that take so long just to find out who you can talk to or reach a live person but when I called NORDSTROMS I got a LIVE person!!!! KUDOS NORDSTROM WE LOVE YOU AND WAY TO STAY CLASSY AND AT THE TOP!!

Shoe department sales guys were not helpful at all. I asked if they carried kswiss shoes and all they said was " never heard of the brand" did not even bother to look or nothing. Reason i asked, they have them on website. Bad training.

This is my favorite Nordstrom location! Great selection and they really know their clienteles styles! They order in the "right" stuff that fits well and will look good. Great service and they are always willing to help.

The girls at Nordys are so wonderful! I truly love going there in the morning to pick up my spiced chai and frenchtoast bagel. I dont even have to tell them and they know. Your awesome Ladies! Keep up the good work!

Visited this location seeking a better fitting bra. They were able to quickly measure me and then helped me to find a brand and fit that was comfortable. Super patient. Will definitely recommend.

Great open layout. Staff is helpful and not at all pushy or impatient. Good shopping experience and if you shop the clearance there are some decent deals (at least in the shoe department).

I had a pair of uggs that had a rip in them. I didnt have a receipt or a box and they still exchanged the rip pair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The customer service was wonderful. Love this Nordstrom.
