I go to Ross stores all the time, anyone who goes know its a hit or miss, but this store had terrible cusotmer service. I was looking for table settings and two people came to scold me about opening the boxes for color matching.. mind you I had a FULL cart. Why else do I go to Ross if not to hunt for the right thing??? Not great at client retention..
