Was met by a very unpleasant and rude woman right outside the store. Owner? Manager? Employee? Doesnt matter, I tried to bring my business to them and the unfriendly experience was too much to handle. Customer service and experience goes a long way in my opinion and someone just cost their shop a sale because of their inability to understand this fundamental concept.

The lady handling my mailing was very friendly and professional but didnt have much experience shipping boxes overseas through FedEx. She did take my number though just in case, which helped reassure me. The "boutique" was like a collage of world religions crammed together - kind of creepy, but there were a couple of neat art pieces.

This is a very special shop with connections for things as well as many specialty books. They also have some nice clothes and natural remedies to help many different people but like many things even natural remedies need to be used with knowledge. The owner is very knowledgeable on many things.
