Alright store but they could seriously chill on the up-selling. Sales associates are too pushy; At least they can point me to decent product. I used to work retail and I feel like whoever is store or regional manager is pushing these folks too hard to harass customers. Example: I have explicitly stated I am only there for "x" and I get pushed more. I only have so much money, Im already spending some in your store, have some respect when I politely tell you Im just there for what Im there for and dont start rattling off a list of other stuff you have on sale or I should buy. One or two upsells, I understand. But when I am sending pretty clear signals that I dont wanna buy anything else, take the hint. Please.

I love a couple of brands sold here. However, the last time I was in, I purchased two items totalling nearly one hundred dollars. One gemtleman took them to the counter and proceeded to lose each item one time. It was nearly closing (theyre young and wanted to leave)and he kept having to run and fetch each item AGAIN. Then I got home and realized that the items still had their anti-theft ink tags. I have to return just to have them removed.

The employees for this store are just plain rude and racist. I came in one day with a couple of my friends and as they all went to the back of the store, I stayed in the front looking at shirts. While I was there one of the employees mentioned to his other co worker "hold on Im going to check out these Mexicans in the back and catch them stealing". Completely absurd. Will never shop at this Zumiez.

This store sucks. This one idiot girl with pink hair who works there thought I was trying to steal a stomp pad while I had wandered over to look at beanies, and wouldnt leave me alone. I ended up just buying the pad and leaving so I wouldnt have to deal with her anymore. Similar to another review of this store having racist staff.

Great store & team at this Zumiez. Im fairly new to the PNW & these guys were quick to help me find some of the local skate spots & parks in the Seattle area; great customer service & skateboarding culture. They werent shy to share the local skate shops near me to meet more people up here.

The people here are so lame compared to a year and a half ago. They dont know anything about the product, they ignore you, and they need to shower. Do not shop here, go to EVO
