The guy and the MOD that helped us were rude. The guy definitely was bad at his job and I gave him a hint that he was doing a bad job. To my surprise a different employee aka manager on duty came and handed us a pair of shoes that we requested but was also rude. I did tried a shoe that was in display and I totally understand if there were signs saying to not try them but the MOD came in and said "do not try display shoes" and as I was taking them off she handed out her hand and said "give them to me now" and walked away with them like I had some kind of disease. The approach that the manager had wasnt the best. Her employees need more training but the lack of respect that the MOD has towards the customers is passed on to them which then reflects in the ratings. The only person that was nice here was the cashier, she smiled and asked us how we were, please leave the company before you become like them.

Told my wife and kid not to try on the shoes and we should just get whatever size shoe he is. Very rude.
