My biggest problem with Nordstrom Rack is not what they carry...its just trying to find it all in this madhouse. There are lot of items to choose from, but its seriously like a scavenger hunt trying to find things in your size without searching for an hour. Then there is the issue of the checkout line always been long. And finally, the mess. This store is just like a litter bin. Clothes, shoes, items are all over the place - shelves, racks, the floor. Dont get me wrong, you can find some good stuff here. You just have to be there for quite a while before you can get to it and get it out of the store.

I signed up for a Nordstrom debit card they attach to my bank account. They must have entered the wrong social security number when they created my account, so after making a $400 purchase I wasnt able to earn the points toward my reward. Im upset because had I been a thief I dont really think I would care about earning points to get a reward. If I were a thief I would just be concerned about swiping somebodys card to get out with the purchase. This is the second issue Ive had with this store, where a whisper of common sense would have saved me a lot of heartache and inconvenience.

This is my favorite place to shop and I come here a lot, primarily because I can get in and out using the green check out lanes. Today, I found out they changed their policy and have limited those lines to 5 items or less. The checker refused to help me because I had too many items and said I needed to wait in the regular line which extended to the back of the store. I left without purchasing anything. Im extremely disappointed, No wonder brick and mortar retail is dying.

Nordstrom Rack has become an ADDICTION for me...i arrived in San Diego on 31 Jan 2011 and ever since my bestfriend brought me to Nordstrom Rack 1 yr ago, the whole week I look forward to Fridays when we go to Nordstrom Rack Mission Valley and Nordstrom Rack Plaza Bonita and we would always find something, usually a blouse that is so beautiful and so cheaply priced that every visit is always a REWARDING EXPERIENCE...add to that friendly fitting room staff and cashiers!!!

This place is the bane of my existence. They got them deals, but if you want em that means you have to get in and out of their death trap parking lot. It literally feels like Mad Max Fury Road trying to get a spot here just about any time of day. This is a pretty good location, but I have had multiple problems with service here. The lines are always insanely long to check out, also, would you like to open a Nordstrom card today?

Who doesnt love Nordstorm Rack? My husband, thats who. This place takes a portion of my paycheck every month. Beauty produce, high-end labels, purses and shoes galore. You can get it here at a fraction of the price. The lines can get pretty long here, but the staff is great about being as speedy as possible. The inventory is constantly changing. I got a Rebecca Minkoff purse here for just $90.

Shoes, shoes and more shoes! Most every pair I own I bought here, was mostly between $35 - $50, well below retail. (Think Ecco, Clarks, etc...) My best finds are normally in the accessories and lingerie areas, but I found a couple of nice tops and dresses as well. Sometimes sorting through the items is a pain when it is unorganized, but its part of the experience.

Store appears to be organized, and most of the employee are helpful... But unfortunately the one thing that stands out the most, and keeps me from wanting to come and shop here is the 30+ min wait in a line that wraps around the store to check out... They dont have a separate line for returns, so this causes an even longer wait time, dealing with return issues!

This place has amazing deals! Everything is parctically half off however since the place has so much clothes it is hard to find particular stuff. There is usually a long line for the register but the staff is quick and efficent and the line moves fast, usualy a 10-15 minute wait .

I can tell this place has cute clothing for a good price. BUT it is far too stressful to shop here. Random clothing is just thrown everywhere and the store is MASIVE. It also appears that they need more cashiers because when I went the line to check out was at least 20 people long.

If you dont mind the "Can I find my size" game, The Rack is awesome. You can get some really good deals on quality clothing. Also, if you are familiar with the website/app HauteLook, you can purchase from HauteLook and return what you dont want/like directly to Nordstrom Rack.

Talk about a smooth experience. Went in, found the three items I was looking for, walked up to express checkout (store full of people no one in line) and Im done. The whole process took 15 minutes. Oh, if life was only this easy.

Great designer fashions for way cheaper than the boutiques. They have a lot of lower end stuff too, but youd be surprised at the treasures you can find here. AWESOME shoe selection with alot of unique styles

Probably the cleanest Rack I have been to. I was impressed at the organization of everything. Other Racks remind me of Ross at times which is frustrating. I was pleasantly surprised by this location.
