Even though its a small its a small store with limited choices compared to other Rosss I still shop here often bc its close to my house and right between my home and the gym. Well after the dismissive attitude from the loss prevention guy working tonight, I will frequent here less often... especially if I see is him working. The shoe section is just as you walk through the door, so of course its the first place i visit. He watches me try on several pair of shoes, struggling with the awkwardness due to the security sensor. Another lady comes up, and immediately, he rushes over to her and offers to take the sensor off (still never offered to me) so she can easily try on the shoe... Now i go to check out. There are a pair of MK black thong sandals that caught my eye, but I noticed the exact same pair was marked down in a size 10. But I needed the size 7. So I asked the cashier, and through his ear hustling, he abruptly says some are just marked that way. The cashier asks another associate who does attempt to figure out what the deal is. He goes to go look for another pair. While waiting for him to get back, the loss prevention guy looks at the cashier and asks her, "What are you waiting for"? There was no one in line behind me, he wasnt cashing me out, so really what was his deal? I spend so much money here, my husband calls it my stop on the way from the gym every evening. But after this rudeness from the loss prevention guy, Im definitely going to change that.

The selection here for womens accessories is quite limited. Youre better off at a TJ Maxx or Marshalls. I hoped this would be a good go-to spot for a number of accessories I needed in one quick and cheap shopping trip. They had virtually nothing worthwhile for belts, sunglasses or purses. I didnt look at the clothing other than the clearance rack, but I managed to find a cute sundress for $0.49. No, that is not a typo. I actually did find an undamaged dress for 49 cents! I picked up a second damaged maxi dress for $3.00, but easy enough to repair. Other than being happy with my clearance rack finds, I wouldnt bother coming back here. The staff at the registers were all very friendly, so this review is solely in regards to the selection of merchandise.

I applied for a job here, i had a scarf on and the manager didnt even shake my hand when she came to get me for interview after the interview i called so many times to see what they tell me and Britny was the manager who told me that they want to hire someone with more hours so i said i can work 5 days a week. After that she told me ok your background will take 2 weeks which i know for the fact that now it takes 24 hours so i called after 2 weeks she said oh i told you it will take two weeks. I just wish she didnt lie to me, it really did hurt my feelings, and i wish she sees this i just want her to know that it is not ok to reject a human being for a piece of cloth on their head. Please treat everyone equally. Thank you.

Clean store, small selection compared to other Ross in San Diego. Store has weird policy where you cant bring carts out of the store or to your vehicle...What!? So inconvenient especially when they have thin bags that tear easily, and CA is phasing out plastic bags. Easily my least favorite Ross in San Diego area.

This place is the Bomb when it comes for shopping for Nike and other sports wear. I have already spent 335 dollars here and I bought some Lebron soldiers for 30 buck???? this is rediculous because if you go anywhere else their 100 bucks......and some change

Ross is a great shop first store. 90 percent of the time I find what Im looking for. Why Pay top dollar for the same thing when you can get it at Ross for cheaper!
