Guard started following me and my mother across the store. Would of he followed us if we were white? hmmm... esta manana fui ala tienda muy contenta a comprar cosas para mis hijos despues de tres meses de no poder caminar todo via bien pero de repente me di cuenta q el vigilante q estaba en la puerta me empezo asegir yo iba con mi hijo y le dije en lo q yo veo unas cosas ve a escoger lo tuyo me busca mi hijo y le comente y el tambiem sintio lo mismo al final fue descriminacion o q al final m sali no me senti ajusto y no compre lo q iva a comprar deje la mitady estoy muy enojada y no pienso regresar ni yo ni mi familia

Extremely rude employee Jasmin - I had been in line with my mother and daughter and ran to grab a different size shoe - came back with it to the counter and she told me to go stand in the back of the line again because its "like cutting"?? Wed already stood in line - she proceeded to argue with us and tell us we were wrong and refused to let me purchase my items unless my mom bought them since she was already in the process of paying. If I wasnt here from out of town and didnt need the shoes so badly, I would have said "forget it" and given my business to a store with actual customer service and employees who dont look to cause a problem for no reason. Wont shop there again.

Good store, clean and usually organized. If you want to look at the clothing section they usually have most sizes including shoes. Decor, Kitchen, Garden(tools), Car etc they almost got everything some sections smaller than others. From all the times i been there staff has been helpful and friendly even during peak hours. Did i also say that prices are super low? Some times they bring new electronics at super low too!

I like to dress for less. This Ross isnt overwhelming with too much. Its neat, clean, and well organized. Everyone is very friendly including loss prevention that says "hello!" as you walk in!

Decent selection. I recently got some new active wear. I love what I got, but the selection for plus sizes was limited. Really cute stuff for smaller sizes. The prices were great though.

Better than alot of Ross stores. Customer service was friendly. Waiting for a cashier wasnt to bad. Generally it was clean and organized.

Typical Ross. Lacking in the home decors selection. Also limited in sizes for the good shoes but theyre better organized.
