Brought an adorable blouse Arms were to small, brought it back to exchange for larger size I did not have paper receipt offered credit card receipt they told me that the blouse was on sale after only four days and that I could not be refunded gull price that I paid due to not having actual receiptand then asked if I wanted the blouse back! Ive shopped there for years first and last experience will never go back

My wife is 35 and loves to shop at this store, cool clothes at really good prices. Plus this is at my favorite shopping center and near great restaurants.

Dont really like that they dont hold clothes over night, just for an hour. But employees are very helpful compared to other forever 21s.

Prefer the one in Ontario Mills. This one has less options & pretty messy, hard to find sizes & same product on the same hanger/area.
