Associates as well as managers lack customer service skills. This week as I shopped I experienced manager Maureen gossip with an associate as I passed by. It was rather obvious that they were talking about me and my party. I find it inappropriate for them to stand there and stare point blank at me and gossip. They made me feel as if I was committing a crime within their store. As I approched the counter to make my purchase, the associate was texting on her personal cell phone as she was completing one of my transactions. Rather skillful of her to multitask and be able to do her job and socialize and tend to her personal text messages as well (sense my sarcasm). I proceeded to do another transaction that consisted of an even exchange since I did not have a receipt. The associate refused to return my items per orders from Maureen, the manager. I called another local Old Navy and they stated that I was able to make an even exchange or get a return voucher by mail. She explained that ALL stores have the same policy. Even after telling them that I called another store, they refused to complete my return. It was apparent that this Manager was discriminating against me for no reason and was refusing to provide the assistance needed. I asked for a copy of their return policy since it is not detailed on my receipt from my first transaction and they were not able to provide me with a copy of their policy and the Maureen being the "manager" that she is not once approched the counter to assist me or bothered to show her face. Im disappointed in the level of customer service being provided at this store. It seemed as if I was being talked about, profiled, and discriminated against. I find their behavior to be unprofessional and inappropriate. I will never shop at this store again! This manager should be retrained and learn how to create a better shopping experience for her customers.So unfortunate.

Im not an everyday shopper but I feel I need to express my shopping experience at old Navy corona crossing right as I entered the store I felt a uneasy presence upon noticing my sourondings two females looking over my direction and just by there body language could feel there unfriendly comments about my self .later I found out it was store manager Maureen .I will not be going back to that store any time in the near future .sincerely Mr. Marquez 46 yrs. This is one of my favorite Old Navys. The staff here is really friendly and helpful. They always have a great selection of both new and clearance items. Its not a very big store but each section is decently stocked.

I had been in the store a good 45 minutes with my dog (because petco was next door). When I was about to check out, they refused me to check out because there wasnt dogs allowed in the store. Lost sales that day.
