Unfortunately for me, this the closest old navy to where I live. Theres a lady there (might be the manager) that is so rude to me I just avoid her when Im there. Shes condescending and no help when asked questions. I do like their inventory but I rather make the drive to the glendora store where staff is way friendlier and helpful. Sorry and fix it! I love old navy and I want to love your store!!!

Manager is rude!!!! She doesnt understand her own store sales!!!! Even if we were wrong with the coupon she could had been more polite and understanding!!! As we walked out another customer shared her experience with the same manager

Havent had bad experiences here with management like some other users, but I have noticed the disorganization. That said, clothes are almost always on some sort of sale at decent prices.

Good selection at times. Lines are a problem like every old Navy, when its busy. Friendly staff. During holiday season this store can get very sloppy.
