Awful customer service and return policy Helpful Tips: 1. If you need to purchase something here only use cash. this also means no debit cards. 2. Most of their inventory they purchase from Adam and Eve. Adam and Eve has better customer service, 100% guarantee, and 100 times better return policy. You will also most likely get a free gift depending on your purchase. 3. I came here for convenience and it ended up being anything but. 4. Open and check anything sealed before leaving the property. I purchased under bed restraints on Sunday (with a debit card that they choose to charge as credit) based on a recommendation from an associate there, she was nice. I asked her about their return policy on toys and I was informed it was pretty terrible so I didnt get the toy I was planning to get. I brought the box home and opened it up to find that the plastic containing the restraints was no longer sealed and has a tear showing obvious signs of previous use. After inspecting the restraints and packing they came in I decided they werent the quality I was looking for and I wasnt fond of the fact that they were already previously opened. I returned on Monday one day later with everything packaged the way I received it and receipt in hand. I was told that I could not get a refund for the item that my only choices were store credit or to trade it for another item in the store. I opted for the store credit due to the fact I was already irritated and didnt want to spend more time in the store. I hope my unfortunate experience can help you if you choose to do business here, I would not recommend Barnett Ave Adult superstore to anyone

My husband and I use to come here alot and loved it. it wasnt awkward or anything the staff was great but then we moved. We came back to visit and decided to come back to this store. There was a tall male with long blonde hair and a tall female with long blonde hair and lots of tattoos working. They made it the most awkward experience weve ever had at any adult store. the male followed us around literally just staring at us. it was so bad we almost left. They were swearing and singing so loud. This use to be my favorite adult store until this time. I give 3 stars just because of those 2.

i am a dancer and i bought sum fishnets for work when i got home and opened them up there were two holes in the lace panty part i went back to exchange them the next day and they said no. im really upset about it this place sells fishnets that were probally worn then returned . dont shop there they have horrible customer service. i buy alot of costumes for my job and im never ever comeing back here again. the manager had the nerve to say to me after i explained that i needed them for wrk and icant wear them with holes in them he said i should just buy another pair

I love this sex shop, I come here for my bachelorette party needs, they have a good section with veils, games and decorations. They have this penis veil that my gf loved! Ever since Ive been buying all my brides this for their bach. They also have a huge selection of clothes, toys and costumes. Check in on Yelp and get a discount. One thing I dont like about this adult place is its in a shady area and looks hellllla shady... with shady characters coming in and out of the back room...
