I have been shopping at the Enchantress for many years and was surprised to see that they had moved again from their Mission Valley location. When I visited their new store I found out that the woman who used to helped me no longer owned the store. There was new people, I needed a new bra so the new employee (not sure if it was the new owner) found something close to what I asked for, she put me in a fitting room and I was left there forgotten for over 20 minutes. I was extremely disappointed, I put my shirt back on and came out. The woman who put me in the fitting room was on her cell phone talking in a different language pretty loud, it seamed that she was taking care of her personal issues. She was a tall woman with long dark hair, with a very heavy middle Eastern accent? She seamed pretty rushed when she put me in the fitting room and just left me there to wonder when she was coming back. I walked out..she continued her conversation and did not even noticed that I left. Their annoying talking doorbell was probably more polite. I am not coming back there..It is definitely not the same place I used to shop. I am sure that there are a lot of people wondering what happened to that magnificent store,the previous one. Well a foreigner took over who does not care about customer service. Dont go there, its not worth the drive or the time! Honestly!

The Enchantress is a wonderful store with a great owner, she and her staff are committed to helping each shopper with what they want and need with the types lingerie they have or can get on order. They help size you into the right fit too. They dont rely on a measuring tape. The staff and owner, both have been her for years with lots of expertize in their field. Ive been going to them for a few years now, and I love it, the prices are reasonable too. They have all sizes, but are mainly for the full figure females. IF they dont have what you want, they will order it for you. Stop in and enjoy! :)

As a bride-to-be, I came to this shop because I dont know what I need for my wedding day. Thats no reason to make me feel completely stupid for not knowing I needed to bring in my dress or a picture of it. Plus having me stand around for 10 minutes while helping other people makes it a poor experience. Just because I wasnt dressed as girly as other people doesnt mean that I wasnt ready to spend some good money there. I will say that the manager was very nice when I provided feedback via the phone... thats the only saving grace.

Only one star because I had to pick one to document my review. Horrible customer service, smaller store, no parking...Only to be told no measuring is offered. The "professional fitting"indicated on line, the woman said is me "handing you the bra to see if it fits" HA. and they had only one size D bra in the whole little store. I was referred to go on line. What a waste of my gas. And embarrassing.. because I brought a relative to have a have a great experience.

Finally I found a place where I can find my size bras. With out havening to buy a bra that fits my cup size and having to sew the back so it fits. I am so happy I finally!! found ! this place. It is a small place but they have plenty of my size bras I couldnt be more happy. Im finally going to be able to throw all my old bras away and get new ones. thank you enchantress!.

Great service and selection. They will order what you need, if not in stock. For petite torsos with large cup-sized "girls", they have styles that have narrower bands, straps that are small but comfortably wide on the shoulder, and feminine/pretty styles. My favorite and only place to get a bra! (Also reasonably priced!)

Customer Service 5 stars !!. Michelle was the young lady who helped me , she took the time to help me find bras that I liked and the proper size for me. The staff there is very helpful,so if your looking for great customer service and a good quality fitting bra Enchantress is the place to go.

In addition to great dresses that are custom made to fit, the store also has great extrasolar jewelry, shrugs, and now shoes.I came in to help my mother get fitted for her mother of the bride dress,and walked out with wedding shoes ! And Im heading back today to poke around for a hair flower.

The clerk was fantastic; friendly helpful. But whomever is responsible for placing orders should be fired. I special ordered two bras a month ago. I received a call stating that one had been shipped and other back ordered. Nothing has arrived. If they do not have it on the rack - leave.

I have been shopping here for a few years at first it was great but lately not so much. Over half the time they dont have my size in stock and its not like I have lot of options to get bras from. Then I order online but the orders take forever I have been waiting three weeks for my bra.

If you need to get fitted for a bra this is the right place to go. They specialize in bigger cup sizes. Love to go there and then watch the sunset after shopping.

Best place ever for ladies with larger chest: bras imported from Europe: not your grandmas bras: great service; been going there for 10yrs now: excellent!
