Huge selection of fun and trendy stuff in the home goods area. The clothing area is "meh," I didnt see anything to get excited about. The prices seem pretty high... At least if youre bargain shopping. I suppose if you usually pay full price for mid to higher end stuff, then get a "discount" here. I probably could find the same stuff elsewhere for cheaper. Clearance racks were picked to the bone. Otherwise this is a nice, clean and organized store. Long wait at checkout. There was an employee in the front organizing shelves and she kept chiding... We need more cashiers... But she also was assisting the cashiers in problem solving (aka she seemed to know the registers). Seemed odd that SHE couldnt hop on a register, but I know department stores have lots of rules about register training, so who knows. I know there were at least three other employees at the back folding towels, but perhaps they didnt have register training either?

Just left this Tj Maxx! Had one employee in particular, who I was told was a manager named Cheryl, physically scold me and my roommates for touching makeup. Understand where shes coming from, wish she wouldnt have yelled at us and talked about us to her employees right in front of us! Ive gotta say, very disappointed with the service from this particular Tj Maxx. And Cheryl.

I have mixed reviews for TJ Maxx. Sometimes you can snag a great deal, but most of the time their prices are the same as everyone else. The biggest complaint that I have is that they never have 00 or 0 pants or shorts in stock. We have gone several times just to see, but they just never have them. Even the 1s selection is very poor (and often too large).

Store was not organized in the most intuitive fashion and the prices were not as low as I have seen in other discount stores. Although it is a new location, did not find any amazing deals this trip.

Loved the environment of the whole store. Home Goods was very bubbly and kind about customer service. TJ Maxx was the same. Definitely glad that we had one added to Castle Rock!
