I love this store! So much awesome home accessories, yummy treats you wont buy in regular stores, awesome cosmetics all for reasonable prices. Staff! Is why I gave only 2 stars... Lady Cashier LIED to me that if I will sign up for their credit I will get 30% off the purchase. She did sign me up a credit card was APPROVED, BUT! I did not get my 30% off because she said that something went wrong and because of my credit score bank did not give me 30% off... Seriously? Bank? Bank would APPROVE me for A CREDIT CARD, but will not give me 30% off my purchase?! Do they think people are total idiots? Banks do not give a thing about discounts in stores, stores are responsible for those. I would call a manager, but I really didnt have more time, because I was not alone... I really hope managers read reviews! I really hope they would consider customers concerns... P.S. Credit score was not low. I got so stressed , I had to do a check right after!!!

I shopped today and waited in line for about five minutes. They use a system where youre told to go to Register 1, 2, et cetera when theyre ready to ring up your sale. Its a flawed system in that they called the woman before me who went ahead to the register, then they called me as the next customer at Register 4. Register 4 was taken by the woman who was ahead of me so I was stuck with nowhere to go because they called the next customer behind me who took the next opening. I stood there with nowhere to go and said, "Gee, thanks a lot for leaving me standing here with nowhere to go." None of the cashiers were concerned at all. I went to the next open register, she rang up my sale and didnt even thank me. Needless to say, customer service was unprofessional, rude, and showed no regard for customer satisfaction.

Not good!! We bought a luggage and after only 1 trip, one of the wheel broke. Addressed it to the manager on duty and she told us that TJ max cant hold responsibility of defective luggage. We requested the store manager to call us twice. Never get a phone call!!! Very Disappointed. Even though the luggage has 1 year warranty, it doesnt do any good.

Home Goods part is great. Good mens selection. More 2nd only to downtown TJ for business gear. I always find more than I expected. There are a couple other shops to stop at while visiting TJs.
