My first visit here to add my son on my account was so fast it was ridiculous. We were in and out within 30 minutes. New iPhone 6, activated and ready to go. ALL THANKS TO MIGUEL. HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. Th second time was to confirm a transfer to my account. This is where the rating comes in. It was so unclear, unprofessional, confusing and a huge cluster phoque. Called store manager, she said all I had to do was come in store to confirm. Not the case. HAVE TO CONFIRM IN EMAILS on a DESKTOP. Okay. I had no emails. I call customer care, another story for another time. On two separate occassions, two reps say I have to wait for the emails to be sent on Monday to the email I use. They sent the emails to a wrong address. Come back to the store and talk with a chunky, light skinned, Latina lady with black hair and lots of make up. She doesnt offer any help at all and pretty much says Im SOL. CALL CUSTOMER CARE BACK READY TO GIVE AN EARFUL TO THE REP. Didnt have to. This lady did everything super fast and right away. This lady saved everyones bottoms. Got the emails. Come back to the store to confirm the emails and MIGUEL IS JUST ON TOP OF THINGS. HES ON THE PHONE SPEAKING TO CUST CARE TO PUSH THE NEW PHONES ONTO MY ACCOUNT. When I came in, the bald head manager was rude and short and took his time finding MIGUEL, talking about ordering food for their lunch. Ridiculous. ALL THIS BECAUSE MY WIFE WANTS AN UPGRADED PHONE. Wow. What an experience.

I GOT A YOUNG MAN THAT WAS A LITTLE RUDE SO I SAID GOOD BUT AND LEFT . I WALKED IN THERE IN THE PASS AND SOME ARE REALLY NICE THEN I ALSO HAD ONE YOUNG GIRL THAT WAS ON THE RUDE SIDE TOO.IF THESE YOUNG PEOPLE DO NOT ENJOY THERE JOB THEN HOW CAN THESE YOUNG PEOPLE ENJOY TALKING TO CUSTOMER IN A NICE MANNER.YOU CANT GO TO WORK ONLY FOR A CHECK YOU HAVE TO BE RESPECTFUL TO EVERYONE NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE OR WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE. I AM JUST SAYING THIS IF THIS WAS NOT ME AND SOMEONE ELSE HE WOULD BE CALLED IN THE OFFICE RIGHT AWAY BUT ME I WOULD NOT DO THAT BECAUSE THIS YOUNG MAN NEED HIS JOB NOW DAYS AND I KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO GET ANOUGHER JOB.IAM JUST TELLING WHOEVER READS THIS ABOUT YOUR EMPLOY THAT WAS A BAD MARK IN THE BISNESS AREA.

Terrible carrier Ive been paying $12.50 each month since November of 2016 for insurance on my iPhone 7 of 256G & guess what I cant get a new one because it was damaged & I didnt call in the 90 days. Total rip off! I am disgusted by this T-mobile you guys should be ashamed to call yourself a carrier or to even compare your service to Verizon. I pay $119.25 each month & i get terrible service and no connection at all. Sadly Ill say even government phone connections are better then yours. I truly dont recommend T-mobile for anyone. I have payed $100 dollars total since this month by paying $12.50 monthly since November 2016. T-mobile is a total rip off & shouldnt even be considered a family friendly carrier. Please take my advice & not get any products that involves T-mobile you will truly regret it! Cause I sure do.

Bunch of rip offs called customer service regarding restocking fee they said it was gonna be 25 bucks but then went to store they asked for 50 bucks so called customer service again and told them problem so they called store and sure enough it was 25 bucks not 50 bucks so beware told manager to explain why would they charge 50 he just walked away and said have a nice day and yeah he couldnt explain why never go there people not enless you want to get ripped off

Id give this place negative stars if I could. First time I ever go there, Im lied to. I was told the S7 I bought was water proof and it could be submerged, apparently it couldnt be. Problems emerged after it being submerged and the sales associate, as well as the manager, told me they couldnt do anything. They get composition for whatever they sale, thats all they care for, the money and they will lie to get it. Switching carriers.

Customer service sucks its nothing but young immature kids that work there is had a phone issue they told me my phone had arrive then I go to pick it up they notice a Crack back part I dont even knw it was there fine but he dint even bother to help me to get a new phone just pushed me out the store dint try to sell me anything the guy was more focus on his stupid music and his superman ring then to help me

This basically a hang out spot for employees. Unorganized and take forever and simplest requests and still manage to mess up. I was activating a new phone and needed the sim card; had to return because they didnt do it properly. Happened three times when my brother and mom upgraded. Their was only one employee that provides great customer service the rest are horrible.
