In this Boostmobil store they sold my BF and me a couple of phones that could be considered trash over the lousy architecture they have, one example would be... If you get a call from someone and you later try to call that number back you cant, the telephone is unable of dialing it right and it gives you a non functional number to the phone. You have to do all kinds of tricks like save that number in your list of contacts so you can actually call. If you go cancel they don’t take cancellations even if the purchase was made just 2 business days after the purchase was made, I reported the store to Boostmobil and I am seriously considering small claims and better business bureau.

I got an LG Stylo 3 there and the Bluetooth doesnt work. It also cant connect to the internet half the time even though there is plenty of signal strength. Went in and asked the clerk about warranty service. She acted like it was the first time she ever even heard the word warranty. I dont know if its the phone, the service, or both, but it sucks as much as their no-existent customer service.
