All of the girls here are very helpful. They are always trying to find me a way to save on my bill when I go in to make payments or just have regular questions. They are the place to go when I need any help with upgrades or anything of that sort because I know that they are looking out for me and not trying to make money by adding random things into my account like other stores!!! I especially like the girl with the glasses ! :)

Walked in to store to get help with our damaged phone and came out with great customer experience. Associate was able to help me by providing insurance info and with saving me money on my plan, but best of all explanining the diffrence in classic and value plans which is a must know. I would recommend this store to future and present tmobile customers.

I know the girls wanna make $2 more for making a sale, but damn screaming, and trying to force us to make changes in our plan where were happy with our current one just isnt okay. Just left the store are not going back to this basic store with basic people. Stay away from the girl with glasses. 0 stars

About 1 year ago I went to pay my bill. And I asked for a copy of the receipt and the guy who helped me laughed and was rude saying to his coworker ohh this guy needs a copy. I got mad and told his manager. Manager apologize but Im never coming back to this store.

So great I come here frequently I always come out in a great mood the workers there are really great mostly EXCELLENT!!! They take great care of you and any problems you have with your phone and any services that you need. They are the best!
