I went into this location to upgrade my phone, thats all, period. What ensued was and continues to be a nightmare. A salesman named David forged my initials on a contract and changed my plan, added features and new phone numbers in the most deceptive of manners and as they dont give you a printed copy of your transaction, but rather email it to you never know what theyve done until you get your email. Even after the assistant manager Christian and Manager Sergio said it was all fixed and that I know have the plan I originally had WRONG its not and no one returns phone calls or texts. This deception, this trickery and lying is the Wells Fargo of cellular companies. Im disgusted.

Not a fan. Do not mistake a store like this for an Apple genius bar. They will not take your priority into account, rather they will find a way to sell you on something. I went in because my new Galaxy s8 wasnt working. It simply wouldnt turn on. They attempted to charge me to switch to a new galaxy s8 $30 and for a screen protector, another $30. Their mission is to find ways to charge you. They never once told me that I could hold the power and volume down key to do a soft reset of the phone, which I looked up online and that worked for free. Clearly they are all about quotas and not at all about helping the customers. They are snakes. Do not be fooled.

After spending 2 days getting the runaround from Verizon customer service and AT&T (trying to port an AT&T number to Verizon), I felt completely defeated and was looking at ending my familys 12-year relationship with Verizon. My last ditch attempt was to call the new Verizon location in my area and speak with the manager. The manager on duty, Sergio, immediately took ownership of the situation and corrected the issue. I will never get those 2 days back and 4 hours of being on hold but at least I have a good point of contact at Verizon who knows how to get the job done. Thanks!

These guys caused me a huge headache. Purchased an iPhone, returned it and was told I couldnt have it put back on the credit card I purchased it from. Took over a month and a half to get my money back because they screwed up the paperwork. I ended up filing fraud charges with my credit card to get my money back or I would still not have my $800! Worst Verizon store Ive ever dealt with!

There should be a way to give a no star rating. Terrible, I am on a business trip and need assistance with a damaged phone and I have been on hold for about a half an hour.
