First I paid out of pocket for my cl fitting, then they tried to charge me a co-pay and bill my ins, then I Placed order for cl, called a few times to check the status finally they told me the order was never placed. Ive been tryin to get a copy of my prescription for the last few weeks so that I could order them somewhere else but I keep getting the run around saying that it is not ready. If it is not ready how were you going to order them for me?

ever since Dr Powell retired, service is terrible, minimum wage workers are rude and incompetent, it took almost a year to get my extended ware contacts issues to get resolved, first sd it was in back order then sd manufacturer do not make anymore finally I settled for daily ware they sd theyd call me 2-3 days/ 2 weeks later I went in they had a mix up never ordered it, will not EVER come to this inept office again.

It was supposed to take 2 weeks "at the most" for them to make my glasses, but ended up taking 6 weeks because, the attendant told me, I have terrible insurance. He was full of excuses and didnt even fit me for my new glasses, and they were scratched and dirty. They treat working-class citizens with good insurance like trash and theyre not up to date on what each insurance provider offers. Ghetto at best.

Under new management I have noticed A LOT of positive changes with Eyecare Associates. Having been a patient in the practice for several years, it was about time for the place to be updated and modernized. Not only has the practiced undergone some cosmetic changes, but Dr. Michael Morton and his new staff have displayed a much more appreciative customer service approach.

With insurance I paid $550. for new glasses. The first pair was $420. But they cut into my nose.. I had to pay more for lighter glasses. I can not read with them, I had to buy a pair at the drugstore to read, great buy for $550. Service is terrible. I have been there for the last 15 years. I am going to wallmart next time.

Really a great optical location. Easy to get to, Dr & staff are wonderful and the selection of eyewear is the best in the whole area. Service was quick & I got mty glasses quickly & I love how well I see now. Dr. Morton has made going to the office a real pleasure now. Its a beautiful office.
