I canceled my order for a pair of Silhouette eye glasses from here today after more than 4 weeks of appalling communication,false promises and simply just slack service from Steve the owner and his assistant Jimme.I got sick of ringing this guy up asking where are my over 1000 buck pair of eye glasses that he sold me.....all I kept getting every time I PHONED HIM was theyre coming tomorrow, theyre coming on Friday,they should be here today.For Gods sake couldnt he just pick up the phone and call me instead of sitting on his fat butt waiting for another sucker to walk in the door.When I called today I was told by Jimme that the wrong lenses were installed and they had yet to even send them back.....it was agreed when I ordered them on March 26th that I wanted them ready by this Friday.April 28th because my wife and I were flying out of town this Saturday.The service and follow up from Steve the owner is nothing short of pure slackness.

Stopped in to get prescription sunglasses. So many great choices, I decided, with the help of the owner a pair of Ray bans. They were ready before I left on vacation and I was so happy with them. Thank you so much for all your help. I will be back to pick out a new pair of reading glasses soon! I highly recommend this place!

Great selection of high end eyewear! They ordered the exact size I needed and were super helpful! I love my glasses and have stopped in w/o an appointment for adjustments to the temple bars and was helped immediately.
